Тенденції розвитку волейболу XXI століття

Abstract

У статті наведено, що у традиційному волейболі вищих досягнень за останнє десятиліття відбулися значні зміни, пов'язані як із процесами його розвитку так із суттєвими змінами у правилах змагань та його комерціалізацію, наводяться зміни в арсеналі гри збірних та провідних клубних команд, які застосовуються на змаганнях у техніці нападу та оборони. Все це призвело до необхідності внесення корективів до змісту змагальної та тренувальної діяльності провідних волейболістів світу і вітчизняних спортсменів, викликало необхідність розвитку науково-методичного забезпечення як найважливішого фактора раціонального забезпечення управління змагально-тренувальним процесом. У ході проведення дослідження використовувалися такі методи: аналіз літературних джерел та документів; метод системного аналізу; метод порівняння та зіставлення.

The article shows, that in traditional volley-ball of higher achievements considerable changes happened for the last decade. These are related both to the processes of its development and to significant changes in the rules of competitions, with its commercialization. There are changes in the magnitude of the growth data and age-related features of players and increasing the level of physical and psychological players training. The trend towards recruiting tall players continues. Led change in the arsenal of game of the collapsible and leading club commands applied on competitions on the technique of attack and defensive. The increase in speed and development of rationality in performing technical techniques and game tactics development is due to the game being aimed at the result. All this has led to the necessity of making adjustments in the content of competitive and training activities of the world's leading volleyball players and domestic athletes and the need to develop scientific and methodological support as the most important factor in the rational management of the competitive and training process. On the basis of the newest tendencies the principal approaches to the construction of competitive and training activity of the national team and club teams, in the system of training of sports reserves in volleyball are developed. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary sources and documents; method of system analysis; method of comparison and contrast.
