Методика викладання гімнастики як навчальна дисципліна у професійній підготовці майбутніх учителів фізичної культури

Abstract

У статті детально обґрунтовано навчальну дисципліну «Методика викладання гімнастики», яка є однією з провідних навчального плану факультетів фізичного виховання. Важливе місце в цьому курсі відводиться формуванню професійних умінь і навичок проведення різних форм занять гімнастикою; оволодіння практичним матеріалом і розвиток умінь його оптимального вибору для організації та проведення занять з гімнастики; підвищення рівня розвитку основних рухових якостей; реалізація творчих можливостей студентів у моделюванні майбутньої професійної діяльності. Основна гімнастика є базовою частиною комплексної програми фізичного виховання учнів закладів середньої освіти та студентів закладів вищої освіти. Аналіз наукових досліджень засвідчує, що в нинішній час засоби гімнастики, безумовно, є найбільш ефективними у фізичному вихованні дітей, підлітків та молоді, значно впливають на їхнє здоров’я, розвиток фізичних якостей. В останні роки гімнастика збагатилася новими нетрадиційними видами, такими як ритмічна гімнастика, атлетична гімнастика, стретчинг, шейпінг, ушу, хотха-його тощо. Визначено вимоги як до теоретико-методичних знань, так і практичної підготовки учнів, студентів і викладачів, відповідного використання ними на заняттях сучасних засобів й методів навчання.

It is determined that in the process of studying the discipline "Methodology of Teaching Gymnastics" students as future physical education teachers will be able to acquire special knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as sports experience. This discipline directs students to master not only the educational material on gymnastics, but also knowledge from other, related disciplines, which will ensure the versatile education of the future teacher, his morality, upbringing and proper training. The work clearly states that: gymnastics is a professional discipline that has specific means and methods: its own theory and history; gymnastic exercises in combination with other means have the possibility of both local and versatile influence on the motor, and through it on other functions of the body, as well as mental and personal qualities of the individual; gymnastic exercises are multi-structural and multifunctional. These tools open up wide opportunities for selecting exercises and improving the methods of their application for health, educational, educational and applied purposes. Success in mastering knowledge, motor skills and skills in the field of gymnastics is considered depending on the abilities of students and the professional skills of the teacher. Their relationship can be direct and indirect - through educational material, team members and other persons involved in the education and upbringing of gymnasts. It has been proven that theoretical and methodological material on gymnastics must be mastered by every student of the Faculty of Physical Education. Therefore, the presentation of most topics should be considered as a summary. The educational discipline aims to form in students the professional and pedagogical skills and abilities necessary for independent work.
