Туризм у фізкультурно-спортивній реабілітації

Abstract

У статті доведено актуальність викладання освітнього компоненту «Туризм» для здобувачів освітньо-професійної програми «Фізкультурно-спортивна реабілітація» спеціальності 017 «Фізична культура і спорт». Зазначено актуальність, подано аналіз літературних джерел з означеної проблеми, визначені мета, методи дослідження. Розкрито зміст і елементи структури навчального курсу, представлені теми, які входять до робочої навчальної програми «Туризм». Навчальний курс «Туризм» допомагає розвивати професійні компетентності, такі як планування маршрутів, організація туристичних заходів та забезпечення безпеки під час походів, адаптувати програми під індивідуальні потреби, сприяючи всебічному відновленню здоров'я та покращенню якості життя різних груп населення. Представлено тему з фізкультурно-спортивної реабілітації з застосуванням елементів туристичної діяльності для осіб з особливими потребами, в якій зазначено технологію складання індивідуальної програми.

The article proves the relevance of teaching the educational component «Tourism» for students of the educational and professional program «Physical culture and sports rehabilitation» specialty 017 «Physical culture and sports». The content and elements of the structure of the mandatory component «Tourism» are presented. Research methods: analysis of scientific educational and methodological literature, systematization and generalization of information, study of normative documentation of the organization of the educational process in institutions of higher education. According to the educational program and curriculum, the «Tourism» course is calculated for 3 credits, of which 14 hours are lectures, 20 hours are practical, and 56 hours are for independent study. The purpose of the mandatory component «Tourism» is to study the main theoretical and practical provisions of tourism as a sport, recreation and educational discipline; application of the acquired knowledge and skills in professional activities, in particular in physical culture and sports rehabilitation in the preparation and implementation of programs for the restoration and compensation of indicators of the physical state of health of persons of various population groups. The «Tourism» training course helps to develop professional competencies, such as planning routes, organizing tourist activities and ensuring safety during hikes, adapting programs to individual needs, contributing to the comprehensive restoration of health and improving the quality of life of various population groups. The topic of physical culture and sports rehabilitation with the use of elements of tourism for people with special needs is presented, in which the technology of drawing up an individual program is indicated. The technology of the individual program includes determining the goal and tasks with the application of elements of tourism to restore physical activity, improve the psychological state.
