Сутнісні характеристики організації системи особистісного розвитку викладачів-початківців ВВНЗ у реаліях сьогодення

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема формування готовності початкуючих викладачів (офіцерів) вищих військових навчальних закладів, які викладають дисципліни блоку «бойової підготовки», до професійної діяльності. Автори акцентують увагу на важливості використання засобів спеціальної фізичної підготовки як складової професійного становлення військових викладачів. Метою дослідження є визначення сутності та структури готовності початкуючих викладачів до виконання педагогічних і навчально-тренувальних завдань у рамках бойової підготовки. У статті розкриваються теоретичні аспекти поняття «готовність особистості до професійної діяльності» та його складові: мотиваційна, когнітивна, практична, психологічна та фізична готовність. Методологічною основою дослідження є системний підхід, що дозволяє розглядати готовність як цілісну багатокомпонентну систему, яка залежить від специфіки бойової підготовки та умов навчання у вищих військових навчальних закладах. У результаті дослідження обґрунтовано важливість інтеграції спеціальної фізичної підготовки у систему професійного розвитку викладачів-початківців. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для вдосконалення програм професійної підготовки початкуючих викладачів вищих військових навчальних закладів, а також для розробки практичних рекомендацій щодо ефективної організації бойової підготовки майбутніх офіцерів.

The professional development of novice teachers of Higher Military Educational Institutions in today's realities is an important practical task. In today's world, the success of the Education System depends on the preparation of teachers to work in dynamic (extremal) environments. The article considers the problem of forming the readiness of novice teachers (Officers) of Higher Military Educational Institutions who teach disciplines of the «Combat Training» block for professional activity. The authors emphasize the importance of using Special Physical Training as a component of the Professional Development of Military Instructors. The Purpose of the study is to determine the nature and structure of the readiness of novice teachers to perform Pedagogical and Educational and Training tasks within the framework of Combat Training. The article reveals the Theoretical aspects of the Concept of «Personal Readiness for Professional Activity» and its components: motivational, cognitive, practical, psychological and physical readiness. The Methodological Basis of the study is a systemic approach, which allows us to consider readiness as a holistic multi-component System that depends on the Specifics of Combat Training and Training conditions in Higher Military Educational Institutions. As a Result of Theoretical Research, the importance of integrating Special Physical Training into the Professional Development System of novice teachers has been substantiated. The Results obtained can be used to improve Professional Training Programs for beginning teachers of Higher Military Educational Institutions, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the effective organization of Combat Training for Future Officers (Servicemen).
