Науково-оглядова розвідка присвячена проблемі забезпечення академічної доброчесності майбутніх соціальних працівників у системі їх професійної підготовки у закладі вищої освіти. Зазначено, що формування культури академічної доброчесності здобувачів вищої освіти має забезпечуватися на всіх етапах їх навчання у закладі вищої освіти через функціонування внутрішньої інституційної унікальної системи, спрямованої на популяризацію принципів та впровадження дієвих механізмів, що підтримують етичні стандарти та дозволяють забезпечувати й контролювати дотримання принципів академічної доброчесності в академічному середовищі закладу.
Розглянуто ключові положення щодо міжнародного та вітчизняного досвіду нормативного регулювання реалізації принципів академічної доброчесності у сфері вищої освіти. Акцентовано увагу на діяльності Міжнародного центру академічної доброчесності (International Center For Academic Integrity, (ICAI)), місія якого полягає у формуванні культури доброчесності в академічних спільнотах більшості країн світу. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-правових та наукових джерел щодо змісту, сутності, ознак, проявів академічної доброчесності, механізмів її забезпечення. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності створення у закладах вищої освіти унікального простору академічної доброчесності зі своїм набором дієвих інструментів та ефективних практик.
Представлено досвід забезпечення академічної доброчесності у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників Хортицької національної академії: схарактеризовано політику закладу, представлену низкою локального нормативного забезпечення, основні завдання функціонування простору академічної доброчесності та описано дієві інструменти, спрямовані на підвищення культури академічної доброчесності та етики академічних відносин, зокрема, мотивування та формування усвідомлення значущості норм та принципів академічної доброчесності; інформування й навчання етичної поведінки та академічного письма; виховання потреби у доброчесній поведінці та ін.
The scientific review is devoted to the problem of ensuring the academic integrity of future social workers in the system of their professional training in a higher education institution. It is noted that the formation of academic integrity culture in higher education students should be ensured at all stages of their education in a higher education institution through the func-tioning of a unique internal institutional system aimed at promoting the principles and implementing effective mechanisms that support ethical standards and allow to ensure and monitor compliance with the principles of academic integrity in the academic environment of the institution.
The key provisions on international and national experience of regulatory regulation of the implementation of the principles of academic integrity in higher education have been considered. Attention is focused on the activities of the International Center for Academic Integrity (ICAI), whose mission is to create a culture of integrity in academic communities in most countries of the world.
The author analyzes the legislative and scientific sources on the content, essence, features and manifestations of academic integrity, as well as mechanisms for its ensuring. The author emphasizes the need to create a unique space of academic integrity in higher education institutions with its own set of effective tools and efficient practices.
The article presents the experience of ensuring academic integrity in the process of professional training of future social workers of Khortytsia National Academy: the policy of the institution, represented by a number of internal regulations, the main tasks of the academic integrity space functioning, and effective tools aimed at improving the culture of academic integrity and ethics of academic relations, in particular, motivation and formation of awareness of the importance of the norms and prin-ciples of academic integrity, peculiarities of informing and teaching ethical behavior and academic writing; fostering the need for academic integrity, etc.
