Посередництво однолітків як перспективний засіб соціально-психологічної адаптації дітей з аутизмом

Abstract

Метою статті є систематизація підходів щодо посередництва однолітків як перспективного засобу соціально-психологічної адаптації дітей з аутизмом. Дослідження здійснено із використанням низки методів, зокрема: методу систематизації, який дав змогу обрати перелік підходів, пов’язаних із розглядом вказаної проблематики; методу індукції, за допомогою якого на підставі окремих положень наукових підходів встановлено їх категорії. В ході дослідження виокремлено такі підходи щодо посередництва однолітків в рамках процесу соціально-психологічної адаптації дітей з аутизмом, зокрема: посередництво однолітків в ігрових умовах для мінімально вербальних дітей із розладом спектра аутизму (ігровий підхід); посередництво обдарованих та талановитих однолітків в ігрових умовах для дітей із аутизмом, які мають проблеми вербальної та невербальної комунікації, погану залученість до взаємодії (експертний ігровий підхід); театралізований ігровий підхід, заснований на організації вистав та залученні до участі у них однолітків-експертів та дітей із помірними розладами аутистичного спектра. Визначено, що представлені підходи, засновані на посередництві однолітків, мають широкий спектр охоплення. Встановлено, що здійснення вибору програм посередництва однолітків, які можуть бути використані в рамках дошкільних закладів освіти залежить від ступеню розладів аутистичного спектра дітей, здатності дошкільних закладів та їх психологів залучати однолітків та отримати згоду щодо їх залучення з боку батьків (опікунів), готовності самих однолітків прийняти активну участь у підтримці та адаптації дітей із аутизмом.

The purpose of the article is to systematize approaches to peer mediation as a promising means of socio-psychological adaptation of children with autism. The research was carried out using a number of methods, in particular: the method of systematization, which made it possible to choose a list of approaches related to the consideration of the specified problem; method of induction, by means of which, on the basis of certain provisions of scientific approaches, their categories are established. In the course of the study, the following approaches to peer mediation in the process of social and psychological adaptation of children with autism were identified, in particular: peer mediation in game conditions for minimally verbal children with autism spectrum disorder (game approach); mediation of gifted and talented peers in play settings for children with autism who have problems with verbal and non-verbal communication, poor involvement in interaction (expert play approach); a theatrical play approach based on the organization of performances and the involvement of expert peers and children with mild autism spectrum disorders. It has been determined that the presented approaches based on peer mediation include a wide range of coverage. It is shown that the first play approach can be acceptable for children with different levels of autism spectrum disorder who attend general preschool education institutions. The second expert game approach can be used for socio-psychological adaptation of children with moderate disorders of the autistic spectrum, it is associated with the involvement of talented, gifted expert peers. The third theatrical game approach, like the second, can be applied to the adaptation of children with moderate disorders of the autistic spectrum, it allows to develop such qualities as attention, creativity, social interaction, trust and motivation. It has been established that the selection of peer mediation programs that can be used within preschool education institutions depends on the degree of children's autism spectrum disorders, the ability of such institutions and their psychologists to attract peers and obtain consent for their assistance from parents (guardians), the readiness of peers take an active part in the support and adaptation of children with autism.
