Abstract

Досліджено проблеми організації змагань із кіберспорту для жіночих команд, що набуває дедалі більшої актуальності у сучасному спортивному середовищі. Окреслено специфічні виклики, з якими стикаються жінки у кіберспорті, включаючи гендерні стереотипи, недостатню медійну підтримку, фінансові обмеження та токсичну поведінку в ігровому середовищі. Проведений аналіз сучасних тенденцій у кіберспорті вказує на важливість створення окремих жіночих турнірів для формування інклюзивного простору, який сприяє зниженню бар’єрів для участі, підтримці новачків та професіоналізації гравчинь. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до організації жіночих змагань, що включає технічну, фінансову та психологічну підтримку, активне висвітлення турнірів у медіа та залучення спонсорів. Підтверджено, що вдосконалення організаційних процесів, створення безпечного середовища та забезпечення рівності можливостей для всіх учасниць сприятимуть сталому розвитку жіночого кіберспорту. Запропоновані рекомендації та стратегії можуть бути використані для розробки ефективних механізмів інтеграції жінок у кіберспортивну індустрію на професійному рівні, формуючи інклюзивну та рівноправну екосистему.

The problems of organizing esports competitions for women's teams, which are becoming increasingly important in the modern sports environment, are investigated. The specific challenges faced by women in esports are outlined, including gender stereotypes, insufficient media support, financial constraints, and toxic behavior in the gaming environment. The analysis of current trends in esports indicates the importance of creating separate women's tournaments to create an inclusive space that helps to reduce barriers to participation, support newcomers, and professionalize women players. A comprehensive approach to organizing women's competitions is proposed, including technical, financial, and psychological support, active media coverage of tournaments, and the involvement of sponsors. The author emphasizes the need for long-term investment in developing women's teams, such as providing training resources, scholarships, contracts with sponsors, and mentoring programs. Particular attention is paid to the role of media content that contributes to destroying gender stereotypes, raising the prestige of women's esports, and attracting new participants. It is confirmed that improving organizational processes, creating a safe environment, and ensuring equal opportunities for all participants will contribute to the sustainable development of women's esports. The proposed recommendations and strategies can be used to develop effective mechanisms for integrating women into the esports industry at the professional level, forming an inclusive and equal ecosystem.
