Розвиток цифрової компетентності майбутніх правоохоронців в умовах військового стану

Abstract

В умовах воєнного стану відбуваються зміни у практичній підготовці майбутніх поліцейських. Актуалізується здатність майбутніх поліцейських орієнтуватися в інформаційному просторі, що швидко змінюється. Виникає необхідність аналізувати дані, знаходити необхідну інформацію на інформаційних ресурсах, використовувати сучасні цифрові технології, системно й інноваційно мислити та реагувати на негативні прояви використання інформації, інформаційних технологій, комп’ютерних мереж і систем. З метою дослідження питання розвитку цифрової компетентності майбутніх правоохоронців проаналізовано поняття «цифрова трансформація освітнього процесу», «цифрові технології», «цифрова компетентність», «розвиток цифрової компетентності». З’ясовано, що цифрова компетентність сучасного поліцейського охоплює такі напрямки: цифрові навички для забезпечення повсякденної діяльності; навички роботи з інформацією обмеженого доступу в цифровому вигляді (забезпечення інформаційної безпеки ОНП) і спеціальні навички, що дозволяють боротися зі злочинністю, використовуючи інформаційні технології. Визначено, що розвиток цифрової компетентності включає в себе здатність ефективно використовувати цифрові технології, інструменти та ресурси для досягнення професійних цілей: вміння користуватися комп'ютерами, смартфонами та планшетами, розуміння базових концепцій програмування, здатність ефективно працювати з цифровими медіа, розуміння принципів кібербезпеки та конфіденційності даних, а також уміння критично оцінювати інформацію в Інтернеті. Умови воєнного стану належать до найскладніших умов для правоохоронців і вимагають ретельної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських. Окрім традиційних аспектів навчання, важливо акцентувати увагу на здатності адаптуватися до швидкозмінюваних обставин та швидкості реакції на нові виклики.

Under martial law, there are changes in the practical training of future police officers. The ability of future police officers to navigate in the rapidly changing information space is updated. There is a need to analyze data, find the necessary information on information resources, use modern digital technologies, think systematically and innovatively and respond to negative manifestations of the use of information, information technologies, computer networks and systems. In order to study the issue of the development of digital competence of future law enforcement officers, the concepts of "digital transformation of the educational process", "digital technologies", "digital competence", "development of digital competence" were analyzed. It was found that the digital competence of a modern police officer covers the following areas: digital skills to ensure daily activities; skills for working with information with limited access in digital form (ensuring information security of the National Security Agency) and special skills that allow you to fight crime using information technologies. It has been determined that the development of digital competence includes the ability to effectively use digital technologies, tools and resources to achieve professional goals: the ability to use computers, smartphones and tablets, understanding basic programming concepts, the ability to work effectively with digital media, understanding the principles of cyber security and privacy data, as well as the ability to critically evaluate information on the Internet. The conditions of martial law belong to the most difficult conditions for law enforcement officers and require careful training of future police officers. In addition to the traditional aspects of training, it is important to emphasize the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and the speed of reaction to new challenges.
