Стрімке зростання кількості дітей із розладами аутистичного спектру призвело до багатьох соціальних проблем, які стосуються не лише самої дитини, а й її сім’ї. Саме цим пояснюється необхідність актуалізації сімейної соціальної роботи, заснованої на цінностях якості життя індивіда чи соціальної групи. Метою статті є аналіз системи соціальної роботи із сім’ями, які виховують дітей з розладами аутистичного спектру. Проведено дослідження наукових публікацій з питання соціальної роботи з сім’ями, які виховують дітей з розладами аутистичного спектру, визначено наявні в державі соціальні послуги та соціальні установи, залучені до їх надання. З’ясовано нормативно-правові основи соціальної роботи з сім’ями, які виховують дітей з аутизмом. На прикладі міжнародної громадської організації «Фонд допомоги дітям з синдромом аутизму «Дитина з майбутнім»» відзначено важливу роль громадського сектору у наданні соціальних послуг. За результатами опитування, проведеного фондом серед сімей з дітьми з аутизмом, які виїхали за кордон під час повномасштабної війни, сильними сторонами України є: доступність та широкий спектр послуг і сервісів, високий рівень фахівців, сильні батьківські організації, можливість впливати на процеси на рівні громади, доступність ліків і інформації, інклюзія, фінансова доступність послуг. Це є підтвердженням того, що соціальна робота в нашій державі розвивається в правильному напрямку.
Доведено також необхідність використання міжнародного досвіду щодо створення сприятливих умов для утримання дітей сім’єю. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності застосування стратегії соціальної роботи, яка направлена на залучення власних ресурсів сім’ї для зміни проблемної ситуації, так званої «сімейно-орієнтованої практики».
The rapid increase in the number of children with autism spectrum disorders has led to many social problems that affect not only the child himself, but also his family. This explains the need to update family social work based on the values of the quality of life of an individual or a social group. The purpose of the article is to analyze the system of social work with families raising children with autism spectrum disorders. A study of scientific publications on the issue of social work with families raising children with autism spectrum disorders was carried out, social services available in the state and social institutions involved in their provision were determined. The regulatory and legal bases of social work with families raising children with autism have been clarified. The important role of the public sector in the provision of social services was noted on the example of the non-governmental organization «Child with the Future» Fund for Aid to Children with Autism Syndrome. According to the results of the analysis of the conducted survey among families who went abroad during the war, the strengths of Ukraine are: accessibility and a wide range of services, high level of specialists, strong parent organizations, the opportunity to influence processes at the community level, availability of medicines and information, inclusion, financial availability of services. This is confirmation that social work in our country is developing in the right direction. The need to use international experience to create favorable conditions for families to keep children is also proven. Attention is focused on the need to apply a strategy of social work, which is aimed at attracting the family's own resources to change the problematic situation, the so-called «family-oriented practice».
