Аналіз сучасних напрямів і методів відновлення мовлення при афазії у осіб післяінсультного стану

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз сучасних напрямів і методів відновлення мовлення при афазії у осіб, що перенесли інсульт головного мозку. Розглянуто види перших зафіксованих у науковій літературі методів логопедичного впливу при афазії. Проаналізовано теоретичні положення, які стали підґрунтям для виникнення нових поглядів у системі відновлювального навчання. Зазначено, що повернення втраченої функції можливе, завдяки здатності мозку до компенсації. Виділено основні компенсаторні механізми, які беруть участь у процесі відновлення порушених функцій. Визначені основні напрямки логопедичного втручання на різних етапах відновлювальної роботи. Проведено аналіз підходів і нових сучасних методів відновлення мовлення при афазії описаних у сучасних наукових публікаціях. Визначено, що більшість методів торкаються власне мовленнєвих напрямків роботи і жодну з існуючих методик не можна вважати остаточною. Встановлено потребу у методах, які б забезпечили відновлення порушеної мовленнєвої функції в активній формі її пред'явлення, т. б. мовленнєвого спілкування осіб з афазією.

The article analyzes the current trends and methods of speech recovery during aphasia of patients with cerebral stroke. The types of the methods of speech therapy influence during aphasia recorded in the scientific literature for the first time are reviewed. The article analyzes theoretical provisions which became the basis for the emergence of new views in the system of rehabilitative training. It is noted that the return of lost function is possible due to the brain’s ability to compensate. The main compensatory mechanisms that are involved in the restoration of inadequate functions are noted. It defines the main areas of speech therapy intervention at various stages of rehabilitative work. The article analyzes approaches and new current methods of speech recovery during aphasia described in modern scientific publications. It was determined that most of the methods actually deal with speech aspects of work and no existing method can be considered the final one. The article establishes a need for methods that would ensure the recovery of impaired speech function in the active form of its presentation, i.e. the methods aimed at restoring verbal communication of patients with aphasia.
