У статті визначено стан впливу професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки на рівень здоров’я майбутніх інженерів-механіків з обслуговування та ремонту техніки сільського господарства. Досліджено показники соматичного здоров’я як складової професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки. Проведені дослідження дали підстави встановити, що рівень здоров’я студентів експериментальної групи за всіма ознаками задовільний, що може задовольнити вимогам, поставлених перед майбутніми спеціалістами.
On the basis of the Tauride state agrotechnological University a comparative analysis of the level and dynamics of indicators of the health of future mechanical engineers for maintenance and repairs agriculture, which in the learning process systematically studied in the experimental program for physical training, and students who worked on the existing system of physical training. The studied indicators of physical health as a component of professional-applied physical training. An indicator of the level of somatic health was calculated by the method of G. L. Estimated figures that are satisfactory correlation with maximum aerobic performance (life index, force index, Robinson and rate of compliance with the mass of the body length). Studies have grounds to establish that the level of health of students of the experimental group on all grounds satisfactory that may satisfy the requirements posed to future professionals. A study of the effectiveness of the author's program of professional-applied physical training, to improve the health of students of the experimental group revealed a positive effect of training with weights, on the body of students. As a consequence, students improved activity of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system and there is a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure - increased economization systems of the body at rest and during exercise, increased reserve capacity of these systems and shortens the recovery period after exercise, improve your metabolism, which helps to increase the body's resistance to adverse factors of professional activity. Obviously this is because the use of exercises professionally-applied physical preparation in combination with exercises power orientation is more effective than using only General developmental exercises, because the entire set of exercises professionally-applied physical training advanced purposefully affects all of the important functions of the body depends on this preparedness.
