У статті встановлена необхідність збереження і зміцнення здоров’я студентів, що відповідно до модернізації вищої освіти є одним з актуальних питань розвитку українського суспільства. Досліджено основні чинники ризику для здоров’я молоді та встановлено, що фізична активність з використанням цінностей фізичної культури є дієвим фактором зміцнення здоров’я студентів. Рекомендовано студентам здобувати знання та навички, необхідні для самостійного ведення здорового способу життя.
The problem of the formation, preservation and strengthening of the health of students are analysed in this article. The last publication of the Ukrainian and foreign researchers on issues of healthy lifestyles of students are considered. It is proved that the health of students depends on many factors of personal behavior today: failure to observe the daily routine, lack of physical activity, ignoring physical work, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, interests gambling, long seat at the computer. No less serious problems of national, social or human: the mental and psychological load increase, deterioration of ecological environment, new infectious diseases, paid provide many kinds of sports and recreation services, bad methods and technology education also illuminated. The basic factors of preservation and development of student's health are proposed: systematic physical culture and sports; complex combination of traditional and innovative health systems; use of appropriate teaching and modern information technologies; orientation of educational work on the implementation of state laws, regulations, decisions on smoking and drinking alcohol in public places; forming conscious respect for their own health; the psychological support students by their teachers, curators, employees of psychological services; forming awareness importance of good health in life; effective prevention work, visual propaganda for the problem of Health Care. It was found awareness of the necessity every young person the values their health, an increasing motivation to physical activity and acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for independent healthy lifestyle.
