Розглядаються актуальні аспекти вдосконалення методичної компетентності викладача фізичного виховання, спеціальної фізичної підготовки і спорту, його підготовки до навчальних занять із “прикладних” розділів фізичної підготовки, особливості їх організації та проведення. Аналізуються основні фактори підвищеної відповідальності викладача під час проведення занять із “прикладних” розділів фізичної підготовки, а також фактори методичної сфери, що дозволяють успішно розв’язувати специфічні педагогічні завдання.
This article considers the actual aspects of improving methodical competence of the teacher of physical education, special physical training and sport, his preparation for "applied" sections of physical training, the features of their organization and conduct. There is clarified the meaning of the term a "methodical competence of the teacher of physical education, special physical training and sport". It is understood as integral indicator of teacher’s readiness for effective practical implementation of educational, scientific, methodical, mass sports work measures and which provides an implementation and fulfillment of educational, pedagogical objectives, personal development and self-improvement of the teacher. There are analyzed basic factors of teacher’s increased responsibility in the field of the physical training, special physical training and sports during lessons of the "applied" sections of physical training. The external factors take into account the specificity of the training sessions because of their strong dependence on logistics, weather, personnel readiness etc. The internal factors take into account the complicated ability of cadets (or officers) to carry out the applied exercises and actions due to complex nature of movements, high loads of diversified directions, increased risk of injury to personnel etc. The influence of psychological factor is explained by the real professional demand of cadets (or officers) feeling free at applied skills and abilities, meeting their interest to carry out applied actions during physical improvement exercises.The factors of methodological areas are examined; they enable successful solution of a specific pedagogical task, namely: verbal and nonverbal communication abilities, persistent development and systematic training of pedagogic techniques, planning and the didactical understanding of the future lesson’s content, personal physical improvement of the teacher of physical training, special physical training and sport.
