Abstract

У даній роботі проаналізовано вплив індивідуального стилю на професійну тренерську діяльність, яка складається з двох взаємопов’язаних компонентів: безпосередньо спортивної діяльності (розвиток рухових якостей, навчання та вдосконалення техніко-тактичний дій, участь у змаганнях та ін.) та педагогічної діяльності тренера як наставника, вчителя, вихователя (вплив на становлення характеру, ціннісних установок, формування особистості). У процесі дослідження зроблено аналіз змісту тренерської діяльності, що здійснюється в рамках фізичної культури і спорту як елемента людської культури в цілому; визначено основні професійні якості та риси характеру тренера для отримання позитивного результату при розробці індивідуального стилю у своїй професійній діяльності (доброта та уважність до учнів, комунікабельність, справедливість, чесність, принциповість, працьовитість, жертовність, професійна талановитість, висока моральність, широкий світогляд та ерудиція, духовна культура, оптимізм, емоційна стійкість, компетентність, професіоналізм, витримка, наполегливість, співчуття, терплячість і доброзичливість, творчість, інтуїція, почуття гумору та інші).

In the process of research, an analysis of the content of coaching activities, which is carried out within the framework of physical culture and sports as an element of human culture as a whole; the main professional qualities and character traits of a coach are determined for obtaining a positive result when developing an individual style in one's professional activity (kindness and attentiveness to students, sociability, justice, honesty, principledness, hard work, sacrifice, professional talent, high morality, broad outlook and erudition, spiritual culture, optimism, emotional stability, competence, professionalism, endurance, perseverance, compassion, patience and kindness, creativity, intuition, sense of humor and others).
