Аномалії вуздечок губ і язика як медико-логопедична проблема

Abstract

У статті висвітлено питання взаємодії фахівця-логопеда та лікаря-стоматолога. Наголошено на тісному взаємозв’язку логопедії як полідисциплінарної інтегративної галузі з різними дотичними дисциплінами та науковими напрямами, у тому числі й медициною. Визначена актуальність проблеми зростання кількості дітей із мовленнєвими порушеннями, що свідчить про глобальний характер означеної проблеми. Обґрунтовано проблему мовленнєвих порушень у дітей (зокрема звуковимови), спричинені аномаліями вуздечок губ і язика. Наголошено на необхідності врахування вікових та індивідуальних особливостей дітей у ході логопедичної та стоматологічної корекції, використанні досягнень сучасної медицини та застосуванні всіх засобів запобігання нанесенню шкоди для психічного чи фізичного стану дитини своїми діями. Підкреслено, що розуміння особливостей артикуляційного апарату, включаючи структуру та функціонування зубощелепної системи, які змінюються на різних етапах розвитку дитини, може сприяти вчасному виявленню факторів ризику для розвитку аномалій прикусу і, відповідно, визначенню причин механічної дислалії. У тексті статті подано характеристику норми та аномалій вуздечок губ та язика та засоби медичної та логопедичної корекції цих порушень. Зазначені види аномалій вуздечок, повʼязані зі зміною місця прикріплення, форми, або розмірів. Висвітлено дані про аномалії вуздечок верхньої та нижньої губи та язика. Виокремлено пʼять типів аномалій вуздечок язика та подано їх детальну характеристику. Зазначено, що аномалії вуздечок призводять до формування неправильного прикусу, карієсу нижніх різців і запалення ясен, оголення коренів зубів та викликають порушення звуковимови. Подано дані щодо діагностики патологій вуздечки язика та правила виконання логопедичних вправ для розтягування короткої вуздечки язика.

The interaction issue between a speech therapist and an dentist is covered in the article. The close relationship of speech therapy as a multidisciplinary integrative field with various tangential disciplines and scientific areas, including medicine, is emphasized. The problem relevance of the increase in the number of children with speech disorders is determined, which indicates the global nature of the problem. The speech disorders problem in children (in particular, speech disorders) caused by abnormalities of the lips and tongue frenulum is substantiated. It is emphasized the need to take into account the children age and individual characteristics during speech therapy and dental correction, use the modern medicine achievements, and apply all means of preventing harm to the child’s mental or physical condition by one’s actions. It is emphasized that the speech therapist’s knowledge of the articulatory apparatus features, including the temporomandibular system structure and functioning, characteristic of certain age periods of the child’s development, will help to timely identify the risk factors for the occurrence of bite anomalies and, accordingly, the mechanical dyslalia causes. The text of the article describes the normal and abnormal lips and tongue frenulums and the means of medical and speech therapy correction of these disorders. It is noted that frenulum abnormalities are characterized by a change in the attachment place, shape, or size. Data on anomalies of the upper and lower lip and tongue frenulum are highlighted. Five abnormalities types of the tongue frenulum are distinguished and their detailed characteristics are given. It is noted that frenulum abnormalities can lead to incorrect bite, carious diseases of the lower incisors and gum tissues inflammation, cause occlusion disorders, tooth roots exposure, and lead to speech disorders. Data on the pathologies diagnosis of the tongue frenulum and the rules for performing speech therapy exercises for stretching the short tongue frenulum are provided.
