Особливості застосування ударних дій у змагальній діяльності в хортингу

Abstract

В статті розглянуто питання ефективності застосування одиночних та серійних ударів в українському національному виді спортивних єдиноборств – хортингу. Коротко представлена історія створення хортингу та показано зв’язок хортингу із славетними бойовими традиціями Запорізького козацтва. Зроблено співставлення методик військової підготовки Запорізького козацтва та сучасних методичних розробок з організації та змісту тренувального процесу єдиноборців. Досліджувалось оцінювання ударних дій суддівськими бригадами та співвідношення нарахованих балів в поєдинку за результативне застосування спортсменами ударів та борцівських дій в стійці та партері. Розкриті перспективні напрямки підвищення ефективності технічної і тактичної підготовки спортсменів в хортингу. Зроблено аналіз застосування ударних дій в змагальному розділі «двобій» в різні періоди поєдинку. Представлені перспективні напрямки розвитку українського національного виду спортивних єдиноборств – хортингу. Виділено стилі ведення спортивного поєдинку в залежності від антропометричних та психологічних особливостей єдиноборців. Проаналізовано методологічні та методичні підходи до дослідження змагальної діяльності в спортивних єдиноборствах. Виявлені домінуючі тенденції розвитку бойових та спортивних єдиноборств в світі. Окреслені перспективи визнання Олімпійським комітетом різних національних видів спорту та включення їх до програми Олімпійських ігор. Також проаналізовано медійну складову в зростанні популярності спортивних єдиноборств змішаного типу. Зроблено план застосування українського національного виду спорту – хортингу у всіх ланках системи освіти України.

The article the question of efficiency of application of single and serial shots is considered in the Ukrainian national type of sporting single combats - horting. Shortly presented history of creation of horting and connection of horting is shown with glorious battle traditions of the Zaporizhzhya cossacks. Comparison of methodologies of military preparation of the Zaporizhzhya сossacks and modern methodical developments is made out of organization and maintenance of training process of wrestlers. The evaluation of shock actions was investigated by judge brigades and correlation of the charged extra points in a duel for effective application by the sportsmen of shots and fighter actions in a bar and orchestra. The exposed perspective directions of increase of efficiency of technical and tactical preparation of sportsmen are in horting. The analysis of application of shock actions is done in a contention division "duel" in different periods of duel. Presented perspective directions of development of the Ukrainian national type of sporting single combats – horting. Styles of conduct of sporting duel are distinguished depending on the anthropometric and psychological features of wrestlers. The methodological and methodical going is analysed near research of contention activity in sporting single combats. Educed dominant progress of battle and sporting single combats trends in the world. The outlined prospects of confession of different national types of sport and including of them the Olympic committee are to the program of the Olympic games. A media constituent is also analysed in the increase of popularity of sporting single combats of the mixed type. The plan of application of the Ukrainian national type of sport is done – horting in all links of the system of formation of Ukraine. In the article attention is accented on the value of the – Ukrainian battle culture in patriotic education of young people. The special attention is spared to the military-applied aspects of horting and him to speed-up development in the armed forces of Ukraine and organs.
