Критерії, показники, рівні сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців фармації

Abstract

У статті розкрито зміст поняття “критерій”, “показник”. Визначено, що критерій є мірою оцінки особистісного та професійного становлення фармацевтичного працівника, характеризується декількома показниками, які є змістовним наповненням критерію, якісним або кількісним визначення його сутності. У результаті наукового пошуку з’ясовано, що критеріями сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців фармації доцільно обрати мотиваційно-ціннісний, знаннєвий, діяльнісний, інформаційно-комунікативний, професійно-рефлексивний, які співвідносяться з компонентами професійної компетентності. Представлено характеристику критеріїв і показників сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців фармації. Змістовою характеристикою показників мотиваційно-ціннісного критерію є ставлення, потреби, мотиви (внутрішні та зовнішні), цінності, їх професійна спрямованість і стійкість. Рівень розвитку знаннєвого критерію характеризує якість знань з хімічних дисциплін, їх повноту, глибину осмислення і міцність; уміння інтегрувати їх у вирішення професійних завдань. Діяльнісний критерій призначений для оцінки ступеня оволодіння здобувачами фахової освіти вміннями застосовувати теоретичні знання в практичній професійній діяльності. Інформаційно-комунікативний критерій передбачає використання можливостей інформаційно-комунікаційних технології у професійній діяльності. Показники професійно-рефлексивного критерію є індикаторами для з’ясування сформованості професійно-важливих якостей фахівця фармації, самооцінки самоконтролю, самокорекції, рефлексії. Визначено рівні сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців фармації в процесі вивчення хімічних дисциплін засобами інноваційних технологій, які характеризують певну ступеневість їх підготовки: початковий, середній, достатній, високий. Початковий і високий рівні ілюструють крайні межі сформованості професійної компетентності, а визначення середнього і достатнього рівнів дозволяє оцінити проміжні показники окреслених критеріїв.

The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "criterion" and "indicator". It was determined that the criterion is a measure of personal and professional development of a pharmaceutical worker and is characterized by several indicators, which serve as the meaningful content of the criterion, qualitative or quantitative determination of its essence. As a result of the scientific research, it was found that the following criteria for the formation of professional competence of future pharmacy specialists, which correlate with the components of professional competence, proven relevant: motivational-value, knowledge-based, activity-based, informational-communicative, professional-reflective. The characteristics of the criteria and indicators of the formation of professional competence of future pharmacy specialists are presented. The content characteristic of the indicators of the motivational-value criterion are attitude, needs, motives (internal and external), values, professional orientation and sustainability. The level of development of the knowledge-based criterion characterizes the quality of knowledge in chemical disciplines, its completeness, depth of understanding and its (knowledge) sustainability; the ability to successfully integrate them into the solution of professional tasks. The activity criterion is designed to assess the degree of students’ mastery of vocational education with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical professional activities. The informational-communicative criterion involves the use of information and communication technologies in professional activities. Indicators of the professional-reflexive criterion are the ones aimed at clarifying the formation of professionally important qualities of a pharmacy specialist, their self-assessment, self-control, self-correction, and reflection. The levels of formation of the professional competence of future pharmacy specialists, which characterize a certain degree of their training (low, intermediate, sufficient, high), in the process of studying chemical disciplines by means of innovative technologies have been determined. The low and high levels illustrate the extreme limits of the formation of professional competence, and the definition of the intermediate and sufficient levels allows to evaluate the intermediate indicators of the outlined criteria.
