Психолого-педагогічні аспекти формування креативних здібностей особистості у процесі туристсько-краєзнавчої роботи

Abstract

В статті висвітлені основні психолого-педагогічні чинники формування креативних здібностей особистості. Цей процес відрізняється своєю довготривалістю, наявністю певних особливостей на кожному з етапів онтогенезу особистості. Формування креативних здібностей у процесі туристсько-краєзнавчої роботи є основою подальшого творчого вивчення довкілля як сукупності явищ і об’єктів у їх єдності і взаємозалежності. Творче ставлення особистості до довкілля, ми розглядаємо як серцевину її суб’єктивного світу, де реальні й об’єктивні стосунки з цим світом обумовлюють сутність кількісними і якісними показниками її потреб, інтересів, переконань, ідеалів і через процеси їх задоволення впливають на всю поведінку й творчу діяльність особистості та конкретну працю.

The article highlights the main psychological and pedagogical factors of the formation of creative abilities of an individual. This process is distinguished by its long duration, the presence of certain features at each of the stages of personality ontogenesis. The formation of creative abilities in the process of tourism and local history work is the basis of their further creative study of the environment as a set of phenomena and objects in their unity and interdependence. The creative attitude of an individual to the environment is considered as the core of his subjective world, where real and objective relations with this world determine the essence of quantitative and qualitative indicators of his needs, interests, beliefs, ideals and through the processes of their satisfaction affect all behavior and creative activity of the individual and specific work.
