Післядипломна освіта фахівців фізичного виховання і спорту в Австрії

Abstract

Модернізація сучасної вищої фізкультурної освіти, в основі якої лежить гуманізація навчально-виховного процесу, визначає нові орієнтири її розвитку. Першочерговим завданням вищої школи є підвищення якості підготовки фахівців, здатних до активної творчої діяльності в різних галузях громадського та суспільного життя. Прискорення темпів розвитку науки, поява нових видів діяльності, які необхідні для роботи сучасного фахівця, вимагають від нього постійного професійного зростання та самовдосконалення. Здоров’я людей – основа соціально-економічної зрілості та успішності держави. У статті проаналізовано форми проведення професійної підготовки педагогічних кадрів фізкультурно-спортивного профілю в Австрії. Професійне становлення педагога фізкультурно-спортивного профілю здійснюється в різних умовах. Доведено, що післядипломна підготовка відкриває значні можливості для швидкого реагування на зміни у суспільному житті. Післядипломна підготовка фахівців приділяє значну увагу розвитку особистісних якостей та забезпеченню самореалізації у фаховій діяльності. Отже, австрійська система післядипломної підготовки фахівців фізичного виховання і спорту володіє широким спектром програм післядипломної освіти, що дає можливість реагувати на зміни на ринку праці.

Modernization of modern higher physical education, which is based on the humanization of the educational process, determines new guidelines for its development. The primary task of higher education is to improve the quality of specialists’ training capable of active creative activity in various spheres of public life. The article analyzes the forms of professional training of teachers of physical culture and sports in Austria. Professional development of a physical education teacher is carried out in different conditions. It is proved that postgraduate training opens up significant opportunities for rapid response to changes in public life. Postgraduate training of specialists pays considerable attention to the development of personal qualities and self-realization in professional activities. Many programs aimed at general theoretical issues to specific practical and professional problems have been developed for Austrian sports professionals. All these programs contribute to the professional growth and personal development of physical culture and sports professionals. The topics of courses in the system of postgraduate education in Austria are multifaceted: courses of valeological, professional-theoretical and practical nature. Important in the system of postgraduate training of physical education and sports in Austria are master's programs, built on the principle of credit-module system of education among the main programs are: "Social integration of children and youth", "Psychomotor skills", "Professional interaction and counselling". The main attention is paid to new complex problems of professional pedagogical activity and to the organization of communication and interaction in the school environment, joint problem solving and division of responsibilities of all participants of the educational process. Thus, the Austrian system of postgraduate training of specialists in physical education and sports has a wide range of postgraduate education programs, which makes it possible to respond to changes in the labour market.
