Використання методу аналізу ситуацій в підготовці фахівців з фізичної культури

Abstract

Навчання за інтерактивними технологіями у ЗВО дозволяє навчити фахівців з фізичної культури позитивно ставитись до себе та інших, більш досконало оперувати матеріалом, володіти навичками успішного спілкування, роботи з аудиторією, вербальної та невербальної поведінки, постійно вдосконалювати свої знання й уміння. Методи ситуаційного аналізу дозволяють оптимально вирішувати одночасно три педагогічні задачі: викладач має можливість повністю управляти навчальним процесом; забезпечується включення в активну роботу всіх студентів; встановлюється зворотній зв’язок і постійний контроль за процесом засвоєння знань і якістю навчання. Метод аналізу ситуацій в процесі підготовки фахівців з фізичної культури є ефективним за рахунок досягнення наступних цілей: розвиток аналітичного мислення, здійснення аналізу в динаміці; здобуття практичних навичок роботи з інформацією – виділення, структурування і ранжування по значимості проблем; набуття управлінських і професійних рішень; формування здібності обирати оптимальні варіанти ефективної взаємодії з іншими людьми; актуалізація та критика досвіду учасників ситуаційного аналізу; руйнування стереотипів мислення, відмова від попереднього негативного досвіду; підвищення мотивації і демократизації навчального процесу.

Modern educational environment, to intensify the learning process, requires the use of active learning methods, the main purpose of which is to include students in activities, the development of practical skills and abilities. The use of active teaching methods allows the teacher not only to influence the formation of skills and abilities of creative and intellectual development of students, change their motivation, but also to gain innovative practical experience to solve intellectual, creative, deadlock and crisis problems. Training in interactive technologies in free economic education allows to train specialists in physical culture to treat themselves and others positively, to operate the material better, to have skills of successful communication, work with the audience, verbal and nonverbal behavior, constantly improve their knowledge and skills. Methods of situational analysis allow to optimally solve three pedagogical tasks simultaneously: the teacher has the opportunity to fully manage the learning process; inclusion in active work of all students is provided; feedback and constant control over the process of learning and the quality of learning are established. The method of situation analysis in the process of training specialists in physical culture is effective due to the achievement of the following goals: the development of analytical thinking, the implementation of analysis in the dynamics; acquisition of practical skills in working with information - highlighting, structuring and ranking the importance of problems; acquisition of managerial and professional decisions; formation of the ability to choose the best options for effective interaction with other people; actualization and critique of the experience of participants in situational analysis; breaking stereotypes of thinking, abandonment of previous negative experiences; increase motivation and democratization of the educational process.
