Алгоритм спеціальної фізичної підготовки в закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

Мета дослідження – дослідити рівень спеціальної працездатності студентів ІІ-IV курсів та зміст теоретичної підготовки в галузі ПОФП. Матеріали і методи. Дослідження проводили на базі Української академії друкарства. У ньому брали участь 110 студентів ІІ-IV курсів, які відносились до основної медичної групи. Результати. Для визначення рівня спеціальної працездатності студентів ІІ-IV курсів, 110 осіб, яких розподілити на три групи за рівнем прояву спеціальної працездатності. При цьому в групу з високим рівнем працездатності увійшло 3,3 % від загальної кількості студентів, у групу із середнім рівнем 59,1 –%, із низьким –37,6 %. Висновок. Аналіз рівня спеціальної працездатності студентів ІІ-IV курсів Української академії друкарства у процесі виконання роботи середньої інтенсивності свідчить про високу варіативність індивідуальних показників. При цьому найвищий показник був у групі із середнім рівнем – 59,1%, із низьким –37,6 % і найнижчий показник з високим рівнем працездатності увійшло 3,3 % від загальної кількості студентів.

In modern society, the professional training of student youth in higher education institutions is becoming important. The most organic connection is in the combination of physical education with the practice of work, which is embodied in professional and applied physical training. The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of special working capacity of students of II-IV courses and the content of theoretical training in the field of POFP. Materials and methods. The research was conducted on the basis of the Ukrainian Academy of Printing. It was attended by 110 students of II-IV courses, who belonged to the main medical group. Results. The content of professionally-oriented physical training of students of II-IV courses was developed, which consisted of two blocks - physical education and professional-applied physical training. To determine the level of special working capacity of students of II-IV courses, 110 people, which are divided into three groups according to the level of manifestation of special working capacity. At the same time, the group with a high level of working capacity included 3.3% of the total number of students, the group with an average level of 59.1%, with a low level - 37.6%. Conclusion. The analysis of the level of special working capacity of students of the II-IV courses of the Ukrainian Academy of Printing in the process of performing work of medium intensity testifies to the high variability of individual indicators. The highest indicator was in the group with an average level - 59.1%, with a low level - 37.6% and the lowest indicator with a high level of efficiency was 3.3% of the total number of students.
