Удосконалення техніко-тактичних дій кваліфікованих футболістів з урахуванням зон ігрового поля

Abstract

Результати аналізу показників техніко-тактичних дій кваліфікованих футболістів в умовах змагальної діяльності дозволили встановити питому вагу виконання окремих технічних прийомів. Встановлено, що кожна ігрова зона характеризується певними особливостями виконання техніко-тактичних дій. Ці особливості обумовлені, з одного боку, інтенсивністю, ефективністю і координаційною складністю, а з іншого – переважним використанням основних ігрових прийомів – передач, ведення, обведень, відборів, перехоплень, ударів у ворота. Проведене дослідження підтвердило передбачення, що удосконалення техніко-тактичної підготовленості кваліфікованих футболістів повинно здійснюватися з урахуванням ігрових зон поля та структури виконання техніко-тактичних дій футболістами в умовах змагальної діяльності.

The results of the analysis of indicators of technical and tactical actions of qualified football players in the conditions of competitive activity allowed to establish the specific weight of performance of separate technical receptions. It is established that each game zone is characterized by certain features of performance of technical and tactical actions. These features are due, on the one hand, the intensity, efficiency and coordination complexity, and on the other - the predominant use of basic game techniques - passes, dribbling, lead round, selections, interceptions, kicks on goal. The conducted study confirmed the foresight that the improvement of technical and tactical preparedness of qualified football players should be carried out taking into account the playing areas of the field and the structure of technical and tactical actions of football players in the conditions of competitive activity. It was found that the total number of technical and tactical actions in one game averages 824.3 ± 64.5 technical and tactical actions. Most often, qualified football players use short passes in the match, which is 20.7% of the total number of technical and tactical actions. Average passes of the ball in qualified football players are 7.6%, long – 5.1% of the total number of technical and tactical actions. Passing the ball with his head makes up 2.4% of the total number of technical and tactical actions. The construction of training sessions on the basis of the author's program of preparation for qualified football players contributed to a more expressed increase in the indicators of performance efficiency of the total number of technical and tactical actions - by 6.8% (p <0.01).
