Використання методів моделювання в тренувальному процесі висококваліфікованих спортсменів у волейболі

Abstract

В умовах сучасного сьогодення високого рівня розвитку сфери спорту, пошук шляхів удосконалення та модернізації тренувального процесу в усіх видах спорту займає одне з провідних місць. Постійне зростання рівня показників інтегральної підготовленості спортсменів змушує фахівців до пошуку нових, більш досконалих та сучасних підходів до планування підготовки спортсменів. У статті йдеться про використання методів моделювання в ігрових командних видах спорту, урахування основних положень даних методів при побудові тренувального процесу спортивної команди. Розкривається суть поняття моделювання та його складові. На основі узагальнення останніх публікацій та новітніх підходів до тренувального процесу висвітлено основні тенденції побудови процесу з використанням методів моделювання. Це дозволяє стверджувати, що використання вказаних методів дає можливість максимально оптимізувати тренувальний процес.

In today's conditions of a high level of development in the field of sports, the search for ways to improve and modernize the training process in all types of sports occupies one of the leading places. The constant growth of the level of indicators of the integral preparedness of athletes forces specialists to search for new, more advanced and modern approaches to planning the training of athletes. The article deals with the use of modeling methods in team sports, taking into account the main provisions of these methods in the construction of the training process of a sports team. The essence of the concept of modeling and its components is revealed. Based on a synthesis of recent publications and the latest approaches to the training process, the main trends in building the process using modeling methods are highlighted. This allows us to assert that the use of these methods allows for maximum optimization of the training process. To achieve the set goals, it is necessary to take into account both models of the state, preparedness and competitive activity of sportsmen, and models of structural formations of the training process. Prospects for future research will be based on the experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the use of modeling methods in the training process of qualified volleyball players of different roles at different stages of long-term training.
