Ставлення батьків до здорового способу життя та фізичного виховання дітей

Abstract

За результатами соціологічного опитування батьків школярів визначено їх ставлення до фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності, здорового способу життя, процесу фізичного виховання учнів загальноосвітніх шкіл. Описано значущість їхньої життєвої позиції стосовно фізичної культури як основи виховання здорової дитини. Виявлено фактори, що спонукають батьків до занять фізичною культурою та спортом, форми фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності, засоби, які використовуються для збереження здоров'я, а також їх роль у фізичному вихованні своїх дітей. Встановлено пасивне ставлення більшості батьків до рухової активності та фізичного виховання дітей. Зроблено висновки за результатами анкетування та окреслено шляхи вирішення проблем.

Despite the fact that in recent years in our country there has been a positive trend in the main indicators of the development of physical culture and sports, they do not correspond to the general level of socio-economic transformations in our country. One of the important problems is insufficient involvement of the population, including children and adolescents, in regular physical education and sports. The article describes the significance of the life position of parents regarding physical education as a basis for raising a healthy child. According to the results of a sociological survey of parents of school-aged children, their attitude to physical culture and sports activities, a healthy lifestyle, and the process of student education was determined. Factors of parents' motivation to engage in physical culture and sports, forms of educational and recreational activities, means used to preserve health, as well as the role of parents in physical education of children are determined. The passive attitude of the majority of parents to physical activity and physical education of children has been established. The results of the survey made it possible to draw conclusions and plan ways to solve them. Thus, the problems of motivated family physical education of the younger generation in modern socio-cultural conditions acquire great importance. Solving this task is possible under the condition of increasing the physical culture and pedagogical literacy of parents, forming in them personal responsibility for the health and physical education of children, combining the efforts of parents aimed at involving schoolchildren in active physical culture and health activities in the family and educational process of the school, creation of integration of social institutions into a single physical and educational space.
