Технологія розвитку критичного мислення майбутнього педагога-музиканта на заняттях з хорового диригування

Abstract

У статті актуалізується проблема розвитку критичного мислення майбутнього педагога-музиканта на заняттях з хорового диригування у відповідності до вимог сучасної освіти та, зокрема, концепції «Нова українська школа». Проаналізовано проблему у філософських, психолого-педагогічних наукових джерелах. Визначено, що малодослідженим залишається питання використання технологій розвитку критичного мислення на заняттях з хорового диригування у закладах вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано основні аспекти технології розвитку критичного мислення майбутнього педагога-музиканта на заняттях з хорового диригування. Розглянуто сутність понять “критичне мислення”, “критичне творче мислення”. Досліджено ключові елементи критичного мислення у наукових джерелах. Визначено, що розвиток критичного мислення майбутнього фахівця пов’язаний з розвитком креативності та творчих здібностей особистості. Висвітлено особливості системи підготовки майбутніх педагогів в Україні та зарубіжних закладах освіти з підходами до навчання студентів критично мислити. Визначено, що оптимальна технологія розвитку критичного мислення майбутнього педагога-музиканта на заняттях з хорового диригування залежить від спеціального методичного інструментарію, що передбачає: формування пізнавального інтересу; розвиток творчої активності; самоаналіз власної діяльності майбутніми фахівцями. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання мотиваційних методів, індивідуально-типологічних методів, застосування музичних інформаційних технологій, інформаційно-комунікаційних засобів, активної пізнавальної та творчо-інтерпретаційної діяльності. Визначено, що використання пропонованих методів та прийомів розвитку критичного мислення на заняттях з хорового диригування формує потребу в самоосвіті майбутнього фахівця. Досліджено, що ефективність розвитку критичного мислення майбутніх педагогів-музикантів у класі хорового диригування залежить від поглибленого вивчення психолого-індивідуальних можливостей студента. А тому напрямками майбутніх досліджень може стати пошук нестандартних підходів у вирішенні даної проблеми.

The article highlights the problem of developing critical thinking of future music teachers in choral conducting classes in accordance with the requirements of modern education and, in particular, the concept of “New Ukrainian School”. The problem in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical scientific sources is analyzed. It is determined that the issue of using technologies for the development of critical thinking in choral conducting classes in higher education institutions remains poorly researched. The main aspects of the technology of development of critical thinking of the future music teacher in choral conducting classes are substantiated. The essence of the concepts “critical thinking”, “critical creative thinking” is considered. The key elements of critical thinking in scientific sources are studied. It is determined that the development of critical thinking of the future specialist is associated with the development of creativity and creative abilities of the individual. The peculiarities of the system of training future teachers in Ukraine and foreign educational institutions with approaches to teaching students to think critically are highlighted. It is determined that the optimal technology for the development of critical thinking of the future teacher-musician in choral conducting classes depends on special methodological tools, which include: the formation of cognitive interest; development of creative activity, self-analysis of their own activities by future professionals. The necessity of using motivational methods, individual-typological methods, application of musical information technologies, information-communication means, active cognitive, creative-interpretive activity is substantiated. It is determined that the use of the proposed methods and techniques for the development of critical thinking in choral conducting classes creates a need for self-education of future professionals. It is investigated that the effectiveness of the development of critical thinking of future music teachers in the class of choral conducting depends on the in-depth study of the psychological and individual capabilities of the student. Therefore, the direction of future research may be the search for non-standard approaches to solving this problem.
