Траєкторія професійного розвитку вчителя іноземних мов: європейський досвід

Abstract

У статті розкриваються стратегічні зміни у професійній підготовці майбутніх учителів іноземних мов, пов’язані з підвищенням якості освітнього процесу в закладах вищої освіти в контексті європеїзації освітнього процесу. Наголошено на потребі професійного розвитку вчителя іноземних мов як моделі нового навчання; проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення освіти в Україні; акцентовано увагу на наукових дослідженнях. Встановлено зміст і напрями реалізації траєкторії професійного розвитку вчителя іноземних мов, виокремлено основні чинники професіоналізму вчителя. У статті проаналізовано позитивний європейський досвід. Звернено увагу на пріоритетні напрями, ідеї сучасної освіти; розкрито статистичні дані щодо реалізації державної політики України. Відображено євроінтеграційні прагнення України у сфері освіти і науки. Визначено пріоритетне значення формування професійної, педагогічної мотивації вчителів іноземної мови. Окреслено п’ять основних аспектів, у яких більшість учителів виявили найбільшу потребу у професійному зростанні. Подається опис чинників, які впливають на професійний розвиток вчителя, стадії їх професіоналізації. Наголошено на викликах, які матимуть вплив на профіль кваліфікації. Звернено увагу на потребу підвищення професійного рівня вчителів-мовників щодо реалізації поставлених завдань. Встановлено цілі, завдання, принципи Європейського профілю професійної компетентності. Головним завданням підготовки європейського вчителя є формування здатності до практичної навчально-виховної діяльності. Окреслено гнучкі підходи до професійного розвитку з використанням методів навчання вчителів у формі практичних семінарів, онлайн-тренінгів, обмін досвідом серед колег, а також навчання ефективних та інноваційних методів. У висновках зазначається, що вивчення й узагальнення європейського досвіду реалізації траєкторії професійного розвитку вчителів іноземних мов, аналіз загальноєвропейських тенденцій в освітній сфері важливі для розвитку вітчизняного освітнього процесу, для досягнення успіху в реформуванні системи освіти нашої країни.

The article reveals strategic changes in the professional training of future teachers of foreign languages, related to the improvement of the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions in the context of the Europeanization of the educational process. The need for professional development of foreign language teachers as a model of new education is emphasized; the regulatory and legal provision of education in Ukraine is analyzed; emphasis is placed on scientific research. The content and directions of implementation of the trajectory of the professional development of the foreign language teacher are established, the main factors of the teacher’s professionalism are singled out. The article analyzes positive European experience about teachers. Attention is drawn to the priority directions, ideas of modern education; statistical data on the implementation of the state policy of Ukraine and on the way of its development are revealed. Ukraine’s European integration aspirations in the field of education and science are reflected. The priority importance of the formation of professional, pedagogical motivation of future foreign language teachers was determined. Five main areas were outlined in which the vast majority of teachers identi-fied the greatest need for professional growth. A description of the factors affecting the professional development of the teacher and the stages of their professionalization is provided. Challenges that will impact the skill profile are highlighted. Attention was drawn to the need to raise the professional level of language teachers in relation to the implementation of assigned tasks. The goals, tasks, and principles of the European profile of professional competence have been established. The main task of training a European teacher is the formation of the ability for practical educational activities. Flexible approaches to profes-sional development using methods of teaching in the form of practical seminars, online trainings, exchange of experience among colleagues, as well as training in effective and innovative methods are outlined. In the conclusions, it is noted that the study and generalization of the European experience of implementing the trajectory of professional development of teachers of foreign languages, the analysis of pan-European trends in the field of education is important for the further development of the domestic educational process, for achieving success in reforming the education system of our country.
