Удосконалення комунікативної взаємодії між студентами та викладачами як реалізація євроінтеграційних процесів у вищій освіті

Abstract

Сучасні заклади вищої освіти в України є потужними агентами змін у напрямі вкорінення та поширення європейських цінностей: поваги до людської гідності, свободи, демократії, рівності, правової держави та дотримання прав людини. Проведення міжнародних конференцій, семінарів, круглих столів, інтернет-конференцій, майстер-класів, тренінгів, воркшопів, панельних дискусій іноземних фахівців забезпечують тісну співпрацю студентів із викладачами, де здобувачі мають можливість стати учасниками міжнародних програм, проєктів із мовного стажуваннях за кордоном, у країнах Європейського Союзу. Тому проблематика вдосконалення комунікативної взаємодії в закладі вищої освіти потребує ґрунтовних досліджень у теорії та практиці професійної освіти. У науковому дослідженні здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування методики вдосконалення комунікативної взаємодії в системі “студент – викладач”, розкрито провідну роль комунікації для досягнення освітніх цілей і завдань. Визначено інноваційні методи вдосконалення комунікативної взаємодії (методи мозкового штурму, дизайн-аналізу, евристичного спостереження, гіпотез, мандрівки в майбутнє чи минуле, придумування тощо). У рамках системи “студент – викладач” має бути сформована і взаємозумовлена суб’єктна мовленнєво-практична дія з метою обміну інформацією та створення найсприятливіших умов для формування особистості, дотримання освітніх вимог і готовності до викликів в середині освітнього процесу. Для вдосконалення комунікативної взаємодії викладачам необхідно опанувати інтерактивні форми та методи навчання та комунікації.

Today, higher education institutions in Ukraine are a powerful agent of change towards the inculcation and dissemination of European values: respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights. International conferences, seminars, roundtables, online conferences, master classes, trainings, workshops, panel discussions of foreign experts ensure close cooperation between students and teachers, where applicants can participate in international programmes, language study abroad projects in EU countries. Therefore, the issue of improving communicative interaction in higher education requires thorough research in the theory and practice of vocational education and training. The research provides theoretical justification for the methodology of communicative interaction improvement in the “stu-dent – teacher” system, reveals the leading role of communication for achieving educational goals and objectives. Innovative methods for improving communicative interaction (methods of “brainstorming”, design-analysis, heuristic observation, method of hypotheses, travel to the future or the past, inventing, etc.) are defined. Within the student-teacher system, subjective speech-prac-tice should be formed and mutually conditioned in order to exchange information and create the most favourable conditions for the formation of personality and the solution of educational requirements and challenges within the educational process. To improve communicative interaction teachers need to master interactive forms and methods of learning and communication, to be able to motivate students to professional formation and awareness of themselves in their future profession on the basis of partnership and mutual respect within the educational team. The importance of identifying unconstructive conflicts that cause stress of both teacher and students and interfere with the establishment of communicative interaction in higher education was determined.
