Abstract

З огляду на інтеграцію системи освіти України до світового освітнього простору, її реформування, модернізація, пошуки шляхів удосконалення тощо, дослідження сучасних освітніх, культурно-мистецьких процесів України та країн Європи для вивчення передового досвіду є одним з актуальних питань сьогодення. Особливо це стосується проблем естетичного виховання, проблем формування сучасної людини культури. Адже саме на мистецьку освіту покладе-но вагому роль творчого, креативного виховання юних європейців. Тому дослідження даної теми сприяє розумінню культурно-освітньої політики інших країн, отже, особливостей функціонування освітніх процесів у провідних країнах Європи, зокрема в Польщі, аналізу досягнень і недоліків європейської системи освіти, шляхів зближення та віддален-ня з європейським співтовариством. Адже ми все частіше стаємо свідками того, що українська молодь із помітно збільшеною інтенсивністю обирає для свого подальшого навчання та здобуття вищої освіти країни Європи – Польщу, Чехію, Німеччину, Австрію, Францію тощо, а також заокеанські країни, Сполучені Штати Америки, Канаду тощо. Зацікавленість у європейській науці й отриманні диплома європейського зразка різко зростає з року в рік. Цьому сприяє збільшення можливостей і відкриття нових європейських горизонтів, які колись були практично недоступними. А нині вимушені обставини акту воєнної агресії з боку Росії проти України спонукають покидати свою країну тисячі українських громадян, серед яких високий інтелектуальний потенціал нації. Для вітчизняної освіти та науки, як і для держави загалом, відтік потенційно перспективного молодого покоління є вкрай негативним чинником. Тому першочергово спільними стараннями всіх свідомих громадян України та світу потрібно зупинити військову агресію, діяти в інтересах правди та шукати ефективні шляхи зміцнення демократичних цінностей Європейського Союзу.

In view of the integration of the education system of Ukraine into the world educational space, its reformation, modernization, the search for ways of improvement, etc., the study of modern educational, cultural and artistic processes of Ukraine and European countries in order to study best practices is one of the urgent issues of today. This especially applies to the problems of aesthetic education, the problems of the formation of a modern man of culture. After all, an important niche of creative, aesthetic, creative education of young Europeans is assigned to art education. Therefore, the study of this topic contributes to the understanding of the cultural and educational policy of other countries, hence the peculiarities of the functioning of educational processes in the leading countries of Europe, in particular in Poland, the analysis of the achievements and shortcomings of the European education system, ways of convergence and distance from the European community. After all, we are increasingly witnessing the fact that Ukrainian youth with significantly increased intensity choose European countries for their further studies and higher education – Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, France, etc., as well as the overseas countries of the USA, Canada, etc. Interest in European science and obtaining a diploma of the European model is growing sharply from year to year. This is facilitated by the increase in opportunities and the opening of new European horizons that were once practically inaccessible. And today, the forced circumstances of the act of military aggression by Russia against Ukraine prompt thousands of Ukrainian citizens to leave their country, among them the nation’s high intellectual potential. For national education and science, as well as for the state as a whole, the outflow of a potentially promising young generation is an extremely negative factor. Therefore, first of all, joint efforts of all conscious citizens of Ukraine and the world should stop military aggression, act in the interests of truth, and look for effective ways to strengthen the democratic values of the European Union.
