Організація та комплексне планування педагогічних дій у процесі фізичної підготовки дітей молодшого шкільного віку

Abstract

У даній статті йдеться про підвищення ефективності системи фізичного виховання та необхідність в одержанні нових даних щодо визначення належних величин вибіркового педагогічного впливу, спрямованого на розвиток певних фізичних здібностей, що забезпечить вирішення цілого ряду завдань. Як відомо, рівень фізичної підготовки дітей шкільного віку в даний час погіршується, що закономірно впливає на стан їх фізичного і психічного здоров’я. Звичайно, участь у змаганнях вимагає певної підготовки учнів, розвитку їх фізичних здібностей. У навчальному процесі з фізичного виховання дітей молодшого шкільного віку спортивно-ігрова підготовка є цінною тому, що використання елементів змагальної діяльності сприяє виникненню позитивних емоцій, які значно підвищують працездатність дітей, що є одним з вагомих факторів виховання фізичних якостей. Крім цього відзначено, що в процесі спортивно-ігрової форми фізичної підготовки створюються педагогічні умови і для формування таких особистісних якостей, як колективізм, дисциплінованість, формування вольових та інших особистісних якостей дітей молодшого шкільного віку.

This article deals with improving the efficiency of the physical education system and the need to obtain new data to determine the appropriate values of selective pedagogical influence aimed at the development of certain physical abilities, which will solve a number of problems. In physical education programs for primary school children, much of the time is devoted to the study of exercise techniques, and only in some physical training is allocated in a separate section and it is allocated 30% of study time per year. It is known that the level of physical training of school-age children is currently deteriorating, which naturally affects their physical and mental health. In the educational process of physical education of primary school children sports and play training is valuable because the use of elements of competitive activities promotes positive emotions that significantly increase the efficiency of children, which is one of the important factors in educating physical qualities. In addition, it is noted that in the process of sports and games form of physical training creates pedagogical conditions for the formation of such personal qualities as collectivism, discipline, formation of volitional and other personal qualities of primary school children. In the conducted researches physical training is considered as integral pedagogical system which construction and functioning is carried out on the basis of adequacy of laws of age development of a children's organism and system of means and methods of pedagogical influence. The optimal functioning of such a system is achieved through the use of basic principles of management of complex socio-biological systems.
