Дотримання вимог системного підходу в організації виховної роботи в закладі фахової передвищої освіти

Abstract

Обґрунтовано важливість застосування системного підходу в реалізації виховної роботи в закладах фахової передвищої освіти. Зазначено, що в умовах розбудови української державності, процесів глобалізації та євроінтеграції в освіті винятково важливою є вимога підготовки не лише спеціаліста з високим рівнем професійної підготовки, а й особистості зі сформованими рисами громадянина своєї держави, готового працювати задля її розвитку та соціально-економічного прогресу. У статті наведено тлумачення понятійних категорій “система”, “системний підхід”, обґрунтовано пріоритетність останнього в організації виховної роботи, описано структурні компоненти виховної діяльності в Житомирському базовому фармацевтичному фаховому коледжі, зокрема мету, завдання, зміст виховної роботи, суб’єкти виховного впливу. Визначено основні напрями системи виховної роботи, як-от національно-патріотичний, інтелектуально-духовний, громадянсько-правовий, художньо-естетичний, трудовий та профорієнтаційний, сімейно-родинний, фізичний та утвердження здорового способу життя; описано практичні аспекти реалізації системного підходу. Наголошено, що застосування системного підходу в підготовці спеціалістів медичної та фармацевтичної галузей здійснюється на основі взаємодії трьох взаємопов’язаних компонентів: 1) системної організації освітнього процесу; 2) системного структурування навчально-наукового знання; 3) створення підсистеми суб’єкт-суб’єктної взаємодії між учасниками навчально-виховного процесу (“викладач – студент”, “студент – студент”, “студент – роботодавець”). Наведено перелік форм і методів виховних заходів, за допомогою яких здійснюється практичне втілення змісту та тематики виховної роботи.

The article substantiates the importance of applying a systematic approach in the implementation of educational work in institutions of professional prehigher education. It is noted that in the context of Ukrainian statehood development, globalization, and European integration in education the requirement to train not only a specialist with a high level of professional training, but also a person with established traits as a citizen of his country, ready to work for its development and socio-economic progress. The article presents the interpretation of the conceptual categories “system”, “system approach”, substantiates the priority of the “system approach” in the organization of educational work; describes the structural components of educational activities in the Zhytomyr Basic Pharmaceutical Vocational College, in particular the purpose, objectives, content of educational work, the subjects of educational influence. It is defined the basic directions of systematic educational work: national-patriotic, intellectual-spiritual, civil-legal, artistic-aesthetic, labor and career guidance, family, physical education, and the establishment of a healthy lifestyle; it is described the practical aspects of systematic approach. It is emphasized that the application of a systematic approach in the training of specialists in the medical and pharmaceutical industries is based on the interaction of three interrelated components.: 1) systematic organization of the educational process; 2) systematic structuring of educational and scientific knowledge; 3) creation of a subsystem of subject-subject interaction between the participants of the educational process (teacher-student, student-student, student-employer). It is given the list offorms and methods of educational activities by means of which is carried out the practical embodiment of the maintenance of educational work and their subjects.
