Педагогічні принципи формування англомовної міжкультурної комунікації у майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва

Abstract

У статті актуалізується проблема формування англомовної міжкультурної комунікації майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва. Цей феномен трактується авторами як невіддільний складник професійного становлення майбутнього фахівця мистецьких дисциплін, що набувається у процесі навчання у педагогічному ЗВО та має особливу актуальність у сучасних економічних умовах, оскільки комунікація забезпечує можливість кар’єрного росту та професійного успіху. Автори впевнені, що розширення можливостей практико-орієнтованої англомовної міжкультурної комунікації у навчанні майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва дозволить реалізувати сучасні освітні потреби щодо підготовки конкурентоспроможних спеціалістів до ділової міжкультурної взаємодії з урахуванням відмінностей та спільних рис культур, адже конкурентоспроможність випускника ЗВО суттєво визначається його вмінням встановлювати контакти, організовувати й здійснювати професійне спілкування, використовуючи іноземну мову. Це значно залежить від рівня її оволодіння студентом-музикантом та уміння ним грамотно використовувати усну та писемну англійську мову в рамках предметної галузі, що буде викладатися у майбутньому. Враховуючи вимоги освітньої політики України щодо підготовки конкурентно-спроможного фахівця, автори звертають особливу увагу на необхідність перегляду наявних програм на факультетах мистецьких спеціальностей і пропонують введення поглибленого вивчення професійно-спрямованої іноземної мови. Це дозволить озброїти майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва комплексом необхідних компетентностей (стратегічна, мовна, мовленнєва, комунікативна, соціокультурна, міжкультурна), що стане для нього необхідним арсеналом професійно-важливих умінь для розв’язання різноманітних завдань предметної галузі, дозволить оперувати іншомовним термінологічним словниковим запасом, розширить здатність до міжкультурного співробітництва й обміну культурними і мистецькими цінностями. У статті авторами виокремлено і описано комплекс педагогічних принципів: загально-дидактичні, методичні, специфічні, на основі яких навчання англійської мови майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва позитивно вплинуть на якість фахової підготовки студентів-музикантів.

The problem of the formation of English intercultural communication of the future teachers of musical art has been updated in the article. This phenomenon is interpreted by the authors as the integral part of the professional development of the future specialist of art disciplines, which is acquired in the process of teaching in the pedagogical institution of higher education and it has especially actuality in the modern economic conditions, because communication provides opportunities of the career growth and the professional success. The authors are sure that the expansion of the opportunities of the practice-oriented English intercultural communication in the teaching of the future teachers of musical art will allow realizing the modern educational needs as for the preparation of the competitive specialists for the business intercultural interaction, taking into account the differences and the common features of cultures because the competitiveness of the graduare of the institution of higer education is determied by his ability to make contact, to organize and to carry out the professional communication using a foreign language. It depends significantly on the level of its mastery by the student-musician and his ability to use oral and written English competently within the subject area that will be taught in the future. Taking into account the requirements of the educational policy of Ukraine as for the preparation of the competitive specialist, the authors pay special attention to the need of revision of the existing programs at the faculties of arts and they suggest the introduction of in-depth study of the professionally-oriented foreign language. It will allow arming the future teacher of musical art with the complex of the necessary competencies (strategic, linguistic, speech, communicative, socio-cultural, intercultural), which will be a necessary arsenal of professionally important skills for the solution of the diverse tasks of the subject area, it will allow operating of the foreign terminological vocabulary, expanding the ability to the intercultural cooperation and the exchange of the cultural and the artistic values. The complex of the pedagogical principles has been singled out and described by the author in the article: general-didactic, methodical, specific, on the basis of which teaching of English of the future teachers of musical art will affect positively the quality of the professional preparation of the students-musicians.
