Особливості професійної мовної підготовки курсантів військового закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розглядається процес мовної підготовки курсантів військового вузу, який спрямований на розвиток комунікативної компетентності за допомогою засобів іноземної мови. Військовий фахівець у наші дні повинен вміти здійснювати професійну мовленнєву діяльність іноземною мовою, щоб мати можливість брати участь у міжнародних проєктах, спільних навчаннях, веденні службової переписки з іноземними колегами. Під час вивчення дисциплін “Іноземна мова професійного спілкування” та “Військово-спеціальна мовна підготовка” майбутні військові фахівці навчаються використовувати іноземну мову у своєму та іншомовному професійному середовищі. Автори розкривають основні етапи професійно-орієнтованого навчання курсантів іноземних мов. На першому етапі необхідно оволодіти іноземною мовою в обсязі, який співвідноситься із стандартизованим мовленнєвим рівнем НАТО “СТАНАГ 6001” – СМР-1+. На другому етапі потрібно досягти мовленнєвого рівня НАТО “СТАНАГ 6001” СМР-2+. Під час викладання цих дисциплін використовуються найкращі світові методики CLІL (контентно-мовне інтегроване навчання). Також визначені умови організації мовної підготовки курсантів в умовах модернізації вищої військової освіти в Україні. У зв’язку з суворою регламентацією навчального процесу і всіх сторін життя курсантів зростає роль викладача іноземної мови, який має не тільки зацікавити курсантів, але і підвищити їх мотивацію. Фахово-прикладна спрямованість навчальних дисциплін “Іноземна мова професійного спілкування” та “Військово-спеціальна мовна підготовка” зумовлюється мовним матеріалом і тематикою, зміст яких враховує специфіку підготовки курсантів як першого освітнього рівня вищої освіти, так і освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня “магістр”.

The article examines the process of language training of cadets of military institutions, which is aimed at developing com-municative competence with the help of a foreign language. Military specialists today must be able to carry out professional speech activities in a foreign language in order to be able to participate in international projects, joint exercises, and maintain official correspondence with foreign colleagues. While studying the disciplines “Foreign language of professional commu-nication” and “Military-special language training” future military specialists learn to use a foreign language in their own and foreign language professional environment. The authors reveal the main stages of professionally oriented teaching of foreign language of cadets. At the first stage, it is necessary to master a foreign language to the extent that corresponds to the standardized language level of NATO “STANAG 6001” – Level-1 +. At the second stage it is necessary to reach the NATO language level “STANAG 6001” Level-2 +. When teaching these disciplines, the best world methods CLIL (content-language integrated learning) are used. The conditions for organizing the language training of cadets in the context of the modernization of higher military education in Ukraine have also been determined. Due to the strict regulation of the educational process and all aspects of cadets' life, the role of a for-eign language teacher is growing, and his task is not only to get the cadets interested, but also to increase their motivation. The professionally applied orientation of the disciplines “Foreign language of professional communication” and “Military special language training” is determined by the language material and topics, the content of which takes into account the spe-cifics of training cadets of both the first educational level of higher education and the educational qualification level “Master”
