Методика суддівства та особливості техніко-тактичних дій учасників при подоланні етапу «Навісна переправа через річку, Яр»

Abstract

У статті висвітлено питання практичної туристсько-спортивної підготовки учасників туристських змагань та походів, здійснено аналіз науково-методичної літератури з організації та проведення даного виду діяльності; надано методичні вказівки щодо оптимізації навчально-тренувального процесу туристів та оволодіння ними технічними та тактичними прийомам безпечного подолання природних перешкод; приведено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня підготовки спортсменів-туристів та суддівства під час проведення змагань зі спортивного туризму на дистанціях з пішохідного туризму «Смуга перешкод» та «Крос-похід», на прикладі етапу «Навісна переправа через річку, яр». Запропонована нами методика подолання та суддівства етапу «Навісна переправа через річку, яр» дає можливість оптимізувати процес підготовки спортсменів і суддів під час змагань з техніки спортивного пішохідного туризму та допоможе безпечно долати природні перешкоди в реальних умовах на туристських маршрутах.

The articles cover the issues of practical tourist and sports training of participants in tourist competitions and hikes, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the organization and conduct of this type of activity; methodical instructions on optimization of educational process of tourists and mastering by them of technical and tactical receptions of safe overcoming of natural obstacles are given; introduced practical recommendations for improving the level of training of athletes-tourists and refereeing during competitions in sports tourism at hiking distances «Obstacle course» and «Cross-hike», on the example of the stage «Hinged crossing the river, ravine». Consideration of the special characteristics and features of sports tourism points to it as the most modern technology of education in the human base in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, maintaining length, education of spiritual and physical qualities, cognitive interests and basic self-preservation in extreme conditions. Sports tourism is an active, private and extreme activity: the autonomous overcoming of long distances and various local obstacles requires from tourism physical strength, good health and management of various navigations. The existing system of training tourist athletes to participate in hiking or fighting sports tourism requires new optimal approaches and training methods: in overcoming natural obstacles with a variety of tourist techniques and tactics, different ways to ensure safety. Therefore, the issue of improving the efficiency of the educational and training process of tourists and their mastery of technical and tactical techniques for safe overcoming of natural obstacles (stages) during sports competitions and hiking are relevant. Our proposed method of overcoming and litigation of the stage «Hinged crossing of the river, ravine» makes it possible to optimize the process of training athletes and judges in the fight against sports tourism and assistance in real conditions of safe arrival of natural obstacles on tourist routes.
