Основні компоненти здоров'язбережувальних технологій в освітньому середовищі вищого педагогічного навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті розкриваються підходи до визначення поняття "здоров'язбережувальні технології", проаналізовано структурні характеристики і основні компоненти методичної системи навчання здоров'язбережувальним технологіям в освітньому середовищі вищого педагогічного навчального закладу. Конкретизовано напрями підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури не тільки як професіоналів-предметників, але і як фахівців, здатних формувати високий рівень культури здоров'я в школярів у подальшій педагогічній діяльності. Найважливішими складниками здоров'язбережувальних освітніх технологій є технології, спрямовані на врахування коливань працездатності людини протягом навчальних циклів (уроку, дня, тижня, року), залучення рухової активності, оздоровчого впливу мистецтва й праці, на забезпечення суб'єкт-суб'єктної взаємодії вчителя з учнями. Визначено необхідність виділення основних компонентів здоров'язбережувальних технологій у освітньому середовищі вищого педагогічного навчального закладу, необхідність конкретизації напрямів підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури.

The article reveals approaches to the definition of the concept of "health-saving technologies", analyzes the structural characteristics and the main components of the methodological system of teaching health-saving technologies in the educational environment of a higher pedagogical educational institution. The directions of training future physical culture teachers are concretized not only as subject-matter professionals, but also as specialists capable of forming a high level of health culture among schoolchildren in further pedagogical activity. The most important components of health-preserving educational technologies are technologies aimed at taking into account fluctuations in human performance during educational cycles (lesson, day, week, year), involvement of physical activity, health effects of art and work, to ensure subject-subject interaction of teachers with students. The necessity of identifying the main components of health-saving technologies in the educational environment of a higher pedagogical educational institution, the need to concretize the directions of training future physical education teachers. The essence of training future teachers to use health technologies in professional activities is related to changing the priorities of society, with increasing requirements for the personality of the future teacher; interdisciplinary nature of the problem of health and health in the context of secondary schools, with the interest of society in highly qualified teachers capable of using health technologies as a guarantee of their successful professional career and competitiveness in the labor market. The main structural components of health technologies in the educational environment of a higher pedagogical educational institution are determined.
