Особливості полікультурної спрямованості змісту навчаня іноземної мови у ЗВО під час організації краєзнавчої роботи

Abstract

У статті зазначено, що навчання професійному іншомовному спілкуванню може здійснюватися лише на основі вже сформованих базових знань, пов’язаних із професійними сферами діяльності майбутнього фахівця. Значущим є професійне спілкування спеціаліста туристичного профілю, яке включає в себе володіння специфічним вокабулярієм. Аналізується комунікативна орієнтація процесу навчання професійному іншомовному спілкуванню в туристичній роботі, яка визначається двома головними факторами: існування мотивації та існуванням переносу мовленнєвих умінь у сферу їх практичного застосування. Зазначено, що у процесі підготовки майбутніх організаторів туристсько-краєзнавчої роботи особливе місце належить мовленнєвій взаємодії студентів. Розкрито основні напрями використання туристичної роботи при навчанні іноземних мов, визначається їх місце і значення у навчальному процесі закладу вищої освіти.

The studies of professional foreign language communication can realize only on the base already existing basic knowledge, related to the professional spheres of activity of future specialist is indicated in the article. Important is professional communication of specialist tourist profile, which includes in the possession of specific words. The communicative orientation of process learning of professional foreign communication in tourist work, which is determined by two main factors: the existence of motivation and the existence of transfer language skills in the sphere their practical using is analyzed in it. Indicated that in the process of preparation of future organizers of tourist-regional work of special place belong to speech interaction of students. The article deals with the main directions of the use of the tourist work for studies the foreign languages, are located its role and place in higher educational institution. Linguistic knowledge and skills provide an opportunity for connecting of foreign language, which contributes to the understanding of the communication partner. The success of intercultural communication depends from the ability to show of tolerance to manager of tourism and tolerance in the communication process. Tolerance is the core of communication, as the ability to empathize and understand the emotional state, contributes of the balance of interpersonal relationship, makes of the social behavior occurs. The capacity for empathy professionally important of quality in tourist activity, as the level of qualification depends on the emotional perception of abilities of the interlocutors to each other, to control their behavior and emotions, and also a choice of methods of deciding to conflicts. Therefore, education and preparation of future managers of tourism should be directing at the development of such qualities as tolerance, empathy, culture of communication, it promotes of effective communication with representatives of any culture.
