Abstract

Особливості кадрового забезпечення фізичного виховання у початковій школі в умовах реформування освіти. В статті розглядаються питання кадрового забезпечення з фізичного виховання у початкових класах в закладах загальної середньої освіти. На основі опитування учителів фізичної культури семи областей України виявлено, що в умовах реформування освіти (НУШ) уроки фізичної культури проводять учителі початкових класів (44,1%), учителі фізичної культури (30,4%) та застосовується комбінований підхід (25,5%) у викладанні предмету. Респонденти зазначають низку недоліків у проведенні уроків учителями початкових класів, тому що вони не володіють методикою викладання предмету (28,3%); неналежна або відсутня спортивна форма вчителя та учнів (9,4%); не якісне викладання предмету та недостатньо практичних навичок у реалізації освітніх та оздоровчих завдань (15,1%); недостатня фахова майстерність, не компетентність (18,7%); заміна уроків фізичної культури іншими предметами (22,6%); відсутня мотивація учнів на результат; залучені не всі учні, бо значна їх кількість просиджують уроки на лавах; не створюють передумов до спортивної підготовки, низький рівень техніки виконання фізичних вправ (1,9%); переважно поважний чи пенсійний вік (1,9%).

The questions of staff providing for physical education in primary classes in general educational establishments are investigated in the article. On the basis of questionnaire of physical education teachers from seven regions in Ukraine there was determined that in the terms of education reforming (NUS) the physical education classes are provided by primary education teachers (44.1%), by physical education teachers (30.4%) and the combined approach is used (25.5%) in the studying process. The highest level of teaching physical culture by primary education teachers is found in Lviv region (64.0%) and in Khmelnytsk region (66.7%). The best staff providing by physical education teachers in primary school is found in Dnipropetrovsk (44.4%) and Vinnytsia (44.0%) regions. The combined approach in the distribution of studying load is used the most frequently in Vinnytsia (38.0%), IvanoFrankivsk (32.1%), Kherson (32.0%) and Dnipropetrovsk (30.6%) regions. The respondents state a lot of problems in classes performing by primary education teachers as far as they do not obtain the methodic of teaching the lesson (28.3%); improper or absence of sport closes among teachers and students (9.4%); the lesson is performing with a low quality, with lack of practical skills in realization of educational or healing tasks (15.1%); lack of specialists’ skills, lack of competence (18.7%); substitution of physical education classes by other lessons (22.6%); lack of pupils’ motivation towards a result; not all pupils participate, because a majority of them are sitting on branches during the lessons; teachers do not create preconditions for sport preparation; low level of technique of performing physical exercises (1.9%); mainly respectable or retirement age (1.9%).
