Професійна підготовка тренера-викладача з фігурного катання на ковзанах з урахуванням особливостей змагальної діяльності

Abstract

Стаття репрезентує окремі аспекти професійної підготовки тренера-викладача з фігурного катання на ковзанах з урахуванням особливостей змагальної діяльності в контексті глобальних суспільних викликів сьогодення та основних запитів роботодавців щодо підготовки фахівців з гнучким мисленням та адаптивними можливостями. Окреслено характерні риси діяльності тренера високої кваліфікації та виокремлено конкретні цільові наміри, які можуть і мають бути реалізовані фігуристами в різнорівневих змаганнях. Актуалізовано напрями спеціальної фізичної підготовки фігуристів з урахуванням ускладнення програм, високих спортивних досягнень, зрослою конкуренцією на міжнародній спортивній арені, що обумовлює необхідність пошуку нових шляхів удосконалення підготовки. Наголошено на важливості психологічного супроводу та забезпеченні дидактичної основи навчально-тренувального й тренувального процесів.

The article presents separate aspects of professional training of a coach-instructor in figure skating, taking into account the peculiarities of competitive activity in the context of today's global social challenges and the main demands of employers to training professionals with flexible thinking and adaptive capabilities. The state standard of higher education of specialty 017 – Physical culture and sports and educational (professional) programs of higher education institutions, which provide a set of competencies of the graduate, which allows to successfully carry out professional activities, including of the coach-instructor. A set of approaches comprise the methodological basis of the study (acmeological, activity, ontological, synergetic) and principles (the combination of theory with practice, scientificity, continuity), aimed at achieving the goal of scientific research – outlining pedagogical aspects of the figure skating coach-instructor’s professional training taking into account peculiarities of competitive activity. Emphasis is placed on the psychological and pedagogical abilities of the coach-instructor in figure skating (academic, organizational, didactic, communicative, major, perceptual, expressive, constructive, authoritarian/authoritative, special). The activity characteristic features of the highly qualified coach are outlined and specific target intentions that can and should be realized by skaters in multilevel competitions are singled out. The directions of special physical training of skaters have been updated, taking into account the complexity of programs, high sports achievements, increased competition in the international sports arena, which necessitates the search for new ways of improving training. The importance of providing not only the technical-tactical and physical components of training but also psychological support and didactic basis of educational and training processes is emphasized. It is concluded that 1) competitive activity in sports reveals the potential of man, physical and mental reserves of their body; 2) the growth of sportsmanship requires a progressive method of teaching and training, which involves knowledge of theories, rules that help to understand the complex kinematic and dynamic characteristics of movements; 3) high-quality professional training of the coach-instructor provides a complex combination of sports and psychological and pedagogical components of the program.
