Формування професійної готовності майбутнього педагога галузі фізичної культури і спорту у закладі вищої освіти

Abstract

В статті здійснено аналіз професійно-педагогічних особливостей вчителя фізичної культури, яке дозволило виявити певну структуру педагогічних поглядів і психологічних обґрунтувань специфічної діяльності педагога цього профілю, яка полягає в тому, що основним навчальним і виховним інструментом психолого-педагогічної діяльності вчителя фізичної культури є педагогічна взаємодія в руховому втіленні. Метою дослідження є розробка структури формування професійної готовності майбутнього педагога галузі фізичної культури і спорту у закладі вищої освіти. З’ясовано, що в структурі особистості знаходять відображення загальні, особливі та часткові (індивідуально-неповторні) властивості, які утворюють чотири підструктури, розміщені у вигляді піраміди: біля основи її – біологічно обумовлені якості, а на вершині – соціальні. Динамічність структури пов’язана з ієрархією її рівнів, що визначає закономірності розвитку й формування особистості. Формування професійної культури майбутнього вчителя передбачає розвиток особистості в її цілісності.

The study of professional and pedagogical features of physical education teachers revealed a certain structure of pedagogical views and psychological justifications of specific activities of teachers of this profile, which is that the main educational tool of psychological and pedagogical activities of physical education teachers is pedagogical interaction in motor embodiment. Accordingly, the content of physical education teacher training should provide the formation of certain skills related to various activities of the teacher against the background of the development of general and special abilities necessary for the implementation of educational, physical culture and sports and mass work. The purpose of the study is to develop a structure for the formation of professional readiness of future teachers in the field of physical culture and sports in higher education. The structure of personality reflects the general, special and partial (individualunique) properties that form the four substructures located in the pyramid: at its core biologically determined qualities, and at the top social. The dynamics of the structure is related to the hierarchy of its levels, which determines the patterns of development and formation of personality. The readiness of the future teacher for professional activity presupposes a certain set of personal qualities that provide the possibility of his future professional activity, the productive side of his professional work and the degree of achievement of the final result. The formation of the professional culture of the future teacher involves the development of the individual as a whole. Professional readiness has an objective dimension, which characterizes it as the sum of achievements, values, attitudes, ways of communication, traditions, rituals, achievements of science, education, created in the process of human activity, which separated from them through objectification and became independent entities with specific connections. ties, and subjective, which is expressed in the personal internalization of these assets and attributes. Professional readiness is realized only through subjective expression, is a complex integral formation in the holistic structure of the personality of the specialist, who projects his general culture in the professional sphere and can be formed only in the context of social, socially useful activities.
