Abstract

Технічні засоби тракції хребта. Розглянуто конструктивні особливості технічних засобів, що використовують в різних способах сухого і підводного витягнення хребців та їх вплив на функціональний стан грудного, поперековокрижового та шийного сегментів хребта. Обґрунтовано переваги і недоліки сухого і підводного витягнення хребта, що в значній мірі залежать від умов навколишнього середовища, яке може сприяти або протидіяти розслабленню зв’язковом’язових структур, що утримують хребці в належному функціональному стані. Проведене дослідження дозволило виявити переваги підводного витягнення хребта, що може здійснюватися за умови застосування нових простих пристроїв, що дозволяють утримувати тіло пацієнта на поверхні води і при цьому виконувати комплекси лікувальних вправ в щадних умовах водного середовища. Наслідком підводного витягнення з виконанням лікувальних вправ є усунення спастичних проявів, створення умов для збільшення відстані між хребцями, відновлення кровотоку, а відповідно і живлення різних структур хребта, покрашення еластичності тканин, усунення защемлення нервових закінчень, що в свою чергу призводить до зникнення больових відчуттів і відновлення працездатності пацієнтів.

An author considered the structural features of technical equipments that use in the different methods of dry and submarine extraction of backbone. Influence of technical devices is studied on the change of the functional state thoracal, lumbar and neck segments of backbone. Advantages and lacks of dry and submarine extraction of backbone are reasonable, that largely depend on the terms of environment. Dry extraction can counteract to weakening of copulas and muscles that retain vertebrae in the proper functional state. It is very heavy to expect a size and force of load of device, that regulates tension of vertebrae. Undertaken a study allowed to educe advantages of submarine extraction of backbone, that assists weakening of muscles and copulas that фіксируют vertebrae upended. For realization of submarine тракции simple devices that allow to buoy overhead part of body of patient water are worked out. Fixing of overhead part of body of patient on water allows to execute the complexes of curative exercises in the sparing terms of water environment. Submarine extraction and implementation of curative exercises of remove are spastic displays in muscles, create terms for the increase of distance between vertebrae, proceed in a blood stream, and accordingly and feed of different structures of backbone, improve elasticity of fabrics, remove jamming of nervous completions, that in turn results in disappearance of the pain feeling and proceeding in the capacity of patients. Submarine extraction can produced both for neck and for thoracal and lumbar segments of backbone. Use devices, in that different facilities of fixing are envisaged both for a head and for an overhead humeral belt on the surface of water.
