Вплив кінезіотейпування на пацієнтів з гіноїдною ліподистрофією

Abstract

На сьогоднішній день, у науковій літературі недостатньо досліджене питання неінвазійної косметичної реабілітації. Зокрема методика кінезіотрейпування. Тож було проведене дослідження десятків випадків гіноїдної ліподистрофії у жінок фертильного віку, у яких не було діагностовано ендокринні патології. У пацієнтів, які проводили лікувально-косметичні заходи, спостерігалося вдосконалення як фізіологічного стану, так і нормалізація психічного здоров'я. Вважається, що гіноїдна ліподистрофія може викликатись в наслідок патологічно метаболічних, гормональних і можливо, імунологічних факторів. Фактично вони проявляються, як дистрофічний капілярний мукоїдотичний набряк, що виникає тканинах щкіри нижніх кінцівок. Лікування за допомогою програми, складовими якої є спеціальний масаж та кінезіотейпування, показало значні зміни показників прояву гіноїдної ліподистрофії. Вони здатні конкурувати з показниками результатів інших методик, у тому числі інвазійними.

Studies of the scientific literature show that currently insufficient attention is paid to the role of kinesiotherapy in aesthetic rehabilitation. Kinesio taping is mostly associated with medicine and sports, but in Ukraine, aesthetic taping is gaining popularity. This is due to the low cost of the procedure. In addition, kinesiotaping does not require special, expensive equipment for therapy. A study of dozens of cases of gynoid lipodystrophy in women of childbearing age who have not been diagnosed with endocrine disorders. The study-involved women aged 25 to 47 years with manifestations of gynoid lipodystrophy of the first and second stage according to the classification of F. Nürnberger. In patients who underwent therapeutic and cosmetic measures, there was an improvement in both physiological condition and normalization of mental health. It is believed that gynoid lipid dystrophy can be caused by various pathologies. For example, metabolic, hormonal and possibly immunological. In fact, they manifest as dystrophic mucoidotic edema of capillaries, which occurs in the tissues of the skin, lower extremities. Mostly on the posterior surface of the thighs, this part of the background is usually most prone to changes in gynoid lipodystrophy. However, pronounced violations of the relief of the skin are often observed on the anterior surface of the thighs, where there is a different level of blood supply to tissues. These circumstances provide the basis for the construction of therapy with kinesiotaping. Treatment with a program consisting of special massage and kinesiotaping showed significant changes in the manifestations of gynoid lipodystrophy. They are able to compete with other techniques, including invasive.
