Педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх дошкільних педагогів до роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку

Abstract

Формування готовності майбутніх дошкільних педагогів до роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку пов’язане зі створенням відповідних педагогічних умов у процесі їх підготовки у закладі вищої освіти. У статті здійснено аналіз напрямів та підходів до загального розуміння поняття педагогічних умов ефективної професійної підготовки фахівців у закладах вищої освіти, а також викладено власне бачення основних педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх дошкільних педагогів до роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку. Встановлено, що у науковій літературі відсутнє єдине визначення змісту поняття “педагогічні умови”. Узагальнено сутність поняття “педагогічні умови”, яке розуміємо як сукупність певних обставин, які забезпечують ефективність відповідного педагогічного процесу; вирізняють зовнішні та внутрішні педагогічні умови. До основних педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх дошкільних педагогів до роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку відносять: формування позитивної мотивації щодо вивчення актуальних проблем сім’ї, в якій виховується дитина раннього віку; забезпечення підготовки до самоаналізу професійно-особистісних якостей; професійну спрямованість змісту освітнього процесу з урахуванням особливостей роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку; формування вмінь моделювання майбутньої професійної діяльності. Розглянуто та обґрунтовано на основі наявних наукових досліджень зміст і основні напрями реалізації педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх дошкільних педагогів до роботи з батьками, які виховують дітей раннього віку. Зазначено, що відповідні педагогічні умови спрямовуються і на вирішення суперечностей, які існують у підготовці майбутніх фахівців та можуть виникати у процесі професійної діяльності дошкільного педагога, у тому числі під час взаємодії з батьками дітей раннього віку.

The formation of the readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents of young children is associated with the creation of appropriate pedagogical conditions in the process of their preparation for higher education. The article analyzes the directions and approaches to the general understanding of the concept of pedagogical conditions of effective professional training in a higher educational institution, as well as setting out their own vision of the basic pedagogical conditions for the forming of readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents of young children. It is established that in the scientific literature there is no single definition of the meaning of the term “pedagogical conditions”. The essence of the concept of “pedagogical conditions” is generalized, which is understood as a set of certain circumstances that ensure the effectiveness of the relevant pedagogical process; distinguish between external and internal pedagogical conditions. The main pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents of young children include the formation of positive motivation to study the current problems of the family in which the child is brought up at an early age; providing preparation for self-analysis of professional and personal qualities; professional orientation of the content of the educational process taking into account the peculiarities of working with parents of young children; formation of skills of modeling of future professional activity. The content and main directions of realization of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents who bring up children of early age are considered and substantiated based on existing scientific researches. It is noted that the relevant pedagogical conditions are aimed at resolving the contradictions that exist in the training of future professionals and may arise in the professional activities of preschool teachers, including in interaction with the parents of young children.
