Перспективи впровадження в систему фізичної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів інституцій сектора безпеки і оборони України сучасних тренажерних засобів

Abstract

Використання новітніх педагогічних технологій, методик із сучасними технічними засобами навчання під час практичних занять із фізичної підготовки (форм фізичної підготовки) із майбутніми офіцерами інституцій сектора безпеки і оборони України під час їх професійного становлення забезпечує набуття ними необхідного рівня готовності до виконання завдань за призначенням та є актуальним напрямом наукових досліджень. З огляду на результати аналізу науково-методичної та спеціальної літератури (Інтернет-ресурсів) встановлено, що питанням моделювання (конструювання) педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів інституцій сектора безпеки і оборони України (СБОУ) до виконання завдань за призначенням засобами фізичної підготовки (з акцентованим використанням сучасних кардіотренажерів) присвячено незначну кількість наукових праць, що потребує подальших наукових розвідок та підкреслює актуальність і практичну складову частину вибраного напряму теоретичного дослідження. Головною метою дослідження є моделювання педагогічних умов розвитку та вдосконалення фізичних якостей майбутніх офіцерів інституцій СБОУ в системі фізичної підготовки із використанням сучасних кардіотренажерів. Під час дослідно-експериментальної роботи були використані такі методи: аналіз і синтез, моделювання, сходження від абстрактного до конкретного, ідеалізації, формалізації, математично-статистичні (кореляційний аналіз, факторний аналіз), власний досвід багаторічної підготовки представників інституцій СБОУ до службово-бойової діяльності, досвід підготовки відомчих збірних команд до змагань різних рангів зі службово-прикладних видів спорту. У результаті теоретичного дослідження членами науково-дослідної групи розроблені педагогічні умови розвитку та вдосконалення фізичних якостей майбутніх офіцерів інституцій СБОУ в системі фізичної підготовки з використанням сучасних кардіотренажерів (“Concept”-2, “Assault AirBike”). Крім цього, розроблені умови виконання експериментальної фізичної вправи “Функціональна витривалість” на гребному тренажері “Concept”-2 та велотренажері “Assault AirBike” і відповідні нормативні показники визначення рівня фізичної (функціональної) готовності курсантів різних років навчання (на прикладі майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України).

The use of the latest pedagogical technologies, methods with modern technical means of training during practical training in physical training (forms of physical training) with future officers of the security and defense sector of Ukraine during their professional development – provides them with the necessary level of readiness to perform assigned tasks. is an important area of research. Taking into account the results of the analysis of scientific-methodical and special literature (Internet resources) we found that the issue of modeling (design) of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness of future officers of security and defense sector of Ukraine (SDSU) to perform tasks by physical training modern cardio machines) is devoted to the insufficient number of scientific works, which requires further scientific research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of theoretical research. The main purpose of the study is to model the pedagogical conditions for the development and improvement of physical qualities of future officers of SDSU institutions in the system of physical training using modern cardio machines. During the research and experimental work, members of the research group used the following methods: analysis and synthesis, axiomatic, idealization, historical and logical, mathematical and statistical (correlation analysis, factor analysis), modeling, ascent from the specific, formalization, own experience of many years training of representatives of SDSU institutions for service and combat activities, experience in training departmental national teams for competitions of various ranks in service and applied sports. As a result of theoretical research, members of the research group developed pedagogical conditions for the development and improvement of physical qualities of future officers of security and defense institutions of Ukraine in the system of physical training using modern cardio machines (“Concept”-2, “Assault AirBike”). In addition, we have developed the conditions for the experimental physical exercise “Functional endurance” on the rowing machine “Concept”-2 and exercise bike “Assault AirBike” and the relevant normative indicators for determining the level of physical (functional) readiness of cadets of different years of training (for example, future officers of the National Guard Of Ukraine).
