Робота соціального працівника з проблемними сім’ями

Abstract

У статті розкрито зміст соціальної роботи з проблемними (неблагополучними) сім’ями. Висвітлені проблемні питання соціалізації та адаптації дітей у зазначеної категорії суспільства. Описані найважливіші функції, які притаманні благополучним сім’ям. Подане визначення поняття “проблемна сім’я” та охарактеризовані сім’ї з групи ризику. Охарактеризовано роль соціальних служб у роботі з проблемними сім’ями. Зазначено, що провідну роль в організації соціальної роботи з сім’єю мають відігравати спеціалізовані центри, на основі яких можуть бути реалізовані соціальні програми із соціальної допомоги та підтримки неблагополучних сімей, а також клубні форми роботи з психолого-педагогічної підтримки неблагополучних сімей із дітьми. Розкрито зміст сімейного виховання, що супроводжується цілою низкою труднощів, з якими зіштовхуються батьки, – найчастіше це педагогічна та виховна неспроможність, помилки у взаємостосунках з іншими членами родини. Це стосується як благополучних сімей, так і неблагополучних, в яких ці помилки примножуються і негативним чином позначаються на формуванні особистості дітей. Неправильний вибір форм, методів і засобів впливу в сімейному вихованні, як правило, веде до виникнення в дітей неправильних уявлень, звичок і потреб, які ставлять їх у неприпустимі відносини з суспільством, цей процес ускладнюється в неблагополучних сім’ях. Описано, що в результаті неблагополучного виховання батьками дітей порушуються сімейні відносини і умови для успішного розвитку дитини. Усі негативні наслідки з виховання в сім’ї переростають у виникнення девіантної поведінки в дітей. Зазначено, що когорта українських педагогів засвідчує, що саме сімейне виховання є найголовнішим чинником, який впливає на подальшу долю дитини. Сім’я справляє виховний вплив на дитину з перших днів народження. Саме від сім’ї дитина отримує любов, ласку, пораду. З’ясовано, що робота соціального працівника полягає у профілактиці щодо виникнення проблемних (неблагополучних, дисфункціональних) сімей. Для того, щоб запобігти цим проблемам, треба серйозно та відповідально ставитися до своєї роботи.

The article reveals the content of social work with problem (disadvantaged) families. Problematic issues of socialization and adaptation of children in this category of society are highlighted. Describes the most important functions that are inherent in prosperous families. The definition of the problem family and the described families from the risk group are given. The role of social services in working with problem families is described. It is noted that the leading role in the organization of social work with the family should be played by specialized centers, on the basis of which social programs for social assistance and support of disadvantaged families can be implemented, as well as club forms of work on psychological and pedagogical support of disadvantaged families with children. The content of family upbringing is revealed, which is accompanied by a number of difficulties faced by parents – most often their pedagogical and educational inability, mistakes in relationships with other family members. This applies to both prosperous and disadvantaged families, in which these errors are multiplied and negatively affect the formation of children’s personalities. The wrong choice of forms, methods and means of influence in family upbringing, as a rule, leads to the emergence of children with the wrong ideas, habits and needs that put them in an unacceptable relationship with society, this process is complicated in disadvantaged families. It is described that as a result of unfavorable upbringing of parents by children, family relations and conditions for successful development of the child are broken. All the negative consequences of raising a family turn into deviant behavior in children It is noted that the cohort of Ukrainian teachers testifies that family upbringing is the most important factor influencing the child’s future. The family has an educational influence on the child from the first days of birth. It is the child who receives love, kindness, and advice from the family. It was found that the work of a social worker is to prevent the emergence of problem (disadvantaged, dysfunctional) families. In order to prevent these problems, you need to take your work seriously and responsibly.
