Ґенеза ідеї виявлення та навчання інтелектуально здібної особистості

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі розвитку обдарованості. Проаналізовано філософську, історичну, психолого-педагогічну літературу з даної проблеми, проведено порівняльний аналіз реалізації проблеми навчання та виховання обдарованої особистості в історичні часи. Простежено основні тенденції розвитку даної проблеми, відокремлено загальні підходи, форми та методи цілеспрямованої роботи з обдарованими дітьми та молоддю. Встановлено, що з давніх часів висловлювалася думка про необхідність урахування індивідуальних здібностей особистості в процесі навчання. Досягнення вчених у різні періоди заклали основу для подальшого розвитку теорії навчання талановитих дітей та підлітків. Зокрема, певні положення вчених стали в нагоді в подальших наукових дослідженнях: інтелектуальні здібності є особливо динамічними утвореннями, розвиток інтелектуальних здібностей особистості нерозривно пов'язаний з іншими сферами її безпосереднього розвитку, підвищенням якості особистих здібностей, що сприяє використанню спеціально розроблених моделей, а потужна педагогічна підтримка може забезпечити успіх навчання, виховання та розвиток інтелектуальних здібностей особистості. На основі аналізу сучасної наукової літератури визначено, що здібність – це індивідуально-психічні характеристики людини, які відповідають вимогам певної діяльності та є умовою її успішного здійснення. На цьому рівні розвитку людських здібностей вона підтримує таку ієрархічну послідовність: здібності – обдарованість – талант – геніальність. Дослідження довели, що інтелектуальні здібності займають особливе місце серед різних груп здібностей. На основі ретроспективного аналізу встановлено, що під інтелектуальними здібностями ми розуміємо психічні особливості людини, що дозволяють їй успішно вирішувати різні інтелектуальні задачі, тобто знаходити, обробляти, аналізувати та свідомо оцінювати інформацію з різних джерел і на цій основі приймати обґрунтовані рішення та застосовувати їх на практиці.

The article is devoted to the problem of genius development. The philosophical, historical, psychological and pedagogical literature on this problem is analyzed, the comparative analysis of realization of a problem of the genius personality’s training and education in historical times is carried out. The main tendencies of development of this problem are traced; the general approaches, forms and methods of purposeful work with genius children and youth are separated. It is established that from ancient times the opinion was expressed about the necessity to take into account the personality’s individual abilities in the learning process. Scientists’ achievements in different periods laid the foundation for the further development of the theory of teaching talented children and adolescents. In particular, the following scientists’ provisions have become useful in further research: intellectual abilities are particularly dynamic formations, the development of the personality’s intellectual abilities is inextricably linked with other areas of its direct development, the quality of improving of personal abilities contributes to the use of specially designed models to ensure the success of training, education and development of the individual’s intellectual abilities. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature, it is determined that ability is an individual mental characteristics of a person that meet the requirements of a particular activity and is a condition for its successful implementation. At this level of human abilities development, it maintains the following hierarchical sequence: capability – cleverness – talent – genius. Studies have shown that intellectual abilities have a special place among different groups of abilities. Based on retrospective analysis, it is established that by intellectual abilities we mean persons’ mental characteristics that allow them to successfully solve various intellectual problems, e.g. to find, process, analyze and consciously evaluate information from different sources and on this basis to make informed decisions and apply them in practice.
