У статті розглядається розуміння сучасної науково-педагогічної термінології (“реформування початкової освіти”, “компетентність”, “педагогічна компетентність”, “професійна компетентність”, “професійна компетентність учителя початкової школи”) та “ролей” учителя початкової школи (фасалітатор, тьютор), що з’явились у концепції впровадження Нової української школи (НУШ). Акцентовано зміст професійної компетентності вчителя початкової школи, виділено основні компоненти, украй важливі на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства з урахуванням змін, що відбуваються в освіті. Також теоретичний аналіз психолого-педагогічної наукової літератури дозволив виділити п’ять основних критеріїв професійної компетентності вчителя початкових класів (загальнокультурний критерій, загальнопрофесійний критерій, комунікативний критерій, особовий критерій, критерій розвитку та самоосвіти). За аналізом наукових праць було визначено й описано ключові компоненти професійної компетентності учителя, як-от: інформаційна, комунікативна, продуктивна, моральна, психологічна, соціальна, математична, автономізація на компетентність й особисті якості вчителя. Акцентовано увагу на значенні як вектора гуманного та творчого підходу до учнів початкової школи педагогіки партнерства (учні та їхні батьки, культура спілкування, взаємодія та співпраця з учителем). Саме педагогіка партнерства дозволяє особистості успішно будувати стосунки з іншими людьми, оскільки без взаємодії з іншими, без розуміння своїх та їхніх почуттів неможливо досягти спільних цілей. Професійна компетентність учителя початкової школи – це результат креативної професійної діяльності, інтегрований показник особистісно-діяльнісної сутності педагога. Професійно компетентний учитель успішно розв’язує завдання навчально-виховного процесу, готує учнів до життя, досягає бажаних результатів у розвитку особистості. Доведено, що вчитель початкової школи – основна дійова особа в реформуванні концепції Нової української школи (НУШ).
The articles consider the understanding and content of modern scientific and pedagogical terminology (reform of primary education, competence, pedagogical competence, professional competence, professional competence of primary school teachers) and “roles” of primary school teachers (facilitator, tutor), which appeared in the concepts of implementation New Ukrainian School (NUS); Emphasis is placed on the content of professional competence of primary school teachers and highlights the main components that are extremely important at the present stage of development of society, taking into account the changes taking place in education; Also, the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific literature allowed to identify five main criteria of professional competence of primary school teachers (general cultural criterion, general professional criterion, communicative criterion, personal criterion, criterion of development and self-education); According to the analysis of scientific works, the key components of a teacher’s professional competence were identified and described, namely: informational, communicative, productive, moral, psychological, social, mathematical, autonomy for the competence and personal qualities of a teacher. Emphasis is placed on the importance as a vector of humane and creative approach to primary school students of partnership pedagogy (students and their parents, culture of communication, interaction and cooperation between teachers). It is the pedagogy of partnership that allows individuals to successfully build relationships with other people, because without interaction with others, without understanding their own and their feelings, it is impossible to achieve common goals. The professional competence of a primary school teacher is the result of creative professional activity, an integrated indicator of the personal activity essence of a teacher. A professionally competent teacher successfully solves the problems of the educational process, prepares students for life, achieves the desired results in personal development. It is proved that a primary school teacher is the main actor in reforming the concept of the New Ukrainian School (NUS).
