Логопедична допомога дітям у 60-70 рр. ХХ ст. в Україні : історіографічний аспект

Abstract

Процес реформування освіти неможливий без урахування та адекватної оцінки наукового досвіду попередніх поколінь. Вивчення та історико-педагогічний аналіз розвитку логопедичної допомоги в Україні дають змогу простежити генезис проблем формування освітньої системи та знайти шляхи удосконалення. Метою статті є дослідження питання надання логопедичної допомоги дітям у 60-70 рр. XX ст., аналіз та обґрунтування розвитку проблеми. Для досягнення мети вивчались архівні джерела та наукові доробки вчених, які досліджували це питання. У статті зазначаються причини розширення мережі закладів для дітей з порушеннями мовленнєвого розвитку. Окреслено вплив ухвалених документів на розвиток логопедичної допомоги дітям у зазначений період. Перерахована спеціальна література, в якій описані методи діагностики та методики подолання мовленнєвих порушень.

Изучение и историко-педагогический анализ развития логопедической помощи в Украине дают возможность проследить генезис проблем формирования образовательной системы и найти пути усовершенствования. Цель статьи - исследование вопроса оказания логопедической помощи детям в 60-70 гг. XX ст., анализ и обоснование проблемы. Для достижения цели изучались архивные источники и научные труды ученых. В статье описывается расширение количества специальных учреждений для детей с нарушениями речи. Анализируется влияние принятых документов на развитие логопедической помощи детям в указанный период. Перечисляется специальная литература, в которой описанные методы диагностики и методики преодоления речевых нарушений.

The national revival of Ukraine as the European country has also affected the educational field. After the gaining of independence by our country there has arisen demand in the modernization of the system of general and special education. But the process of education’s reformation is impossible without considering and adequate evaluation of the scientific experience of the previous generations. The research and historical-pedagogical analysis of the development of the Speech Therapy within Ukraine allows to trace the genesis of the problem of formation of the educational system and to find the ways of its improvement. The goal of the article is the research of the issue of the Speech Therapy’s assistance which was oriented on children during the 60-70s of the 20th century; analysis and substantiation of the problem’s development. For the achievement of the goal there were studied resources from archives and scientific studies of scholars who have studied this issue. Within the article there determined the reasons of the expanding of network of the institutions for the children with the disorders of the speech development and the improvement of their work. There was also mentioned the influence of the approved legal documents on the development of the Speech Therapy assistance to children in Ukraine during the specified period. There is the description of the work of the Speech Therapy cabinet, which was opened at the Department of Deaf and Speech Therapy of Kyiv state pedagogical university named after O.M. Gorky. On the basis of this cabinet there were conducted observation and correction of the Speech disorders of children of the pre-school age. Within the article it is paid attention to the significant increasing of the amount of the special literature which is devoted to the work with children with the disorders of the mental-physical and disorders of speech in particular. It is revealed the active work of scientists on the improvement of methods of diagnostics and methods of the overcoming Speech disorders. The article has conclusions and there are presented prospects of the further research within the Speech therapy assistance to children during 60-70s of the 20th century in Ukraine.
