Демонтаж ленінського плану монументальної пропаганди

Abstract

У статті-нарисі розглядається поняття радянської пропаганди, ленінського плану монументальної пропаганди, а також практика його реалізації в Україні. У цьому контексті радянська пропаганда характеризується як класова однопартійна/компартійна, яка в кінцевому підсумку спотворює об’єктивність суспільних явищ і подій, їх моральну і духовну традиційну цінність в цивілізаційному розвитку людства. Наслідком таких ідеологічних і державних заходів, як ленінський план монументальної пропаганди, загалом підмінялася сама сутність збереження тисячолітньої культурної традиції українства, його історико-культурної спадщини. На конкретних прикладах індустріального будівництва пам’ятників Леніну та їх номенклатурним слугам висвітлюється негативний вплив цього плану на збереження національних пам’яток, навіть пов’язаних із життям Тараса Шевченка та інших старожитностей. Наголошується також на недослідженості цієї актуальної проблеми в науковому пам’яткознавстві в незалежній Україні в контексті сучасних методологій та виконання законодавства про декомунізацію символів тоталітарної доби. Адже нині до наукової бібліографії з цієї проблематики можна віднести лише останні публікації О. Титової, С. Зозулі та монографію П. Тронька та В. Войналовича (1992 р.) як і відсутність дисертаційної праці на цю актуальну тему.

The article-essay highlights the concept of Soviet propaganda, the Leninist plan of monumental propaganda, as well as the practice of its implementation in Ukraine. In this context, Soviet propaganda is characterized as a class one-party / communist party, which ultimately distorts the objectivity of social phenomena and events. Their moral and spiritual traditional value in the civilizational development of mankind. The consequence of such ideological and state events as the Leninist plan of monumental propaganda, in general, replaced the essence of preserving the thousand-year-old cultural tradition of Ukraine, its historical and cultural heritage. With concrete examples of the industrial construction of monuments to Lenin and their nomenclature servants highlights the negative impact of this plan on the preservation of national monuments, even those associated with the life of Taras Shevchenko and other antiquities. It is also noted on the lack of research on this urgent problem in scientific monumentology of independent Ukraine in the context of modern methodologies and the implementation of legislation on the decommunization of symbols of a totalitarian era. Now in the scientific bibliography we can notice recent publications on this issue, the publications of O. Titova, S. Zozulya and also the monograph of P. Tronko and V. Voinalovich (1992), as well as the lack of thesis on this topic.
