The article is devoted to problems of formation of healthy lifestyle of students assigned to health to special medical group in physical education. The main goal of this work is: introduction to the basics of healthy lifestyle, formation of a positive motivation regarding healthy lifestyles, health culture; creating their own style of healthy lifestyles; the prevention of bad habits; formation of personality, able to self-improvement. It is extremely important to training a healthy lifestyle had systematic character and contributed to the harmonious development of psychophysical abilities of youth. The problem of health culture is deeply studied in psychological and pedagogical literature of the twentieth century. Today, of particular urgency is the problem of introducing in the educational process of health measures. In recent years significantly increased the volume of works devoted to the study of health status of students and implementation of effective methods aimed at formation of healthy lifestyle of students. In particular, an important element of the organization of healthy lifestyle of student youth activities are aimed at increasing physical activity and positive attitudes towards physical activity. Стаття присвячена проблемам формування здорового способу життя студентів, віднесених за станом здоров’я до спеціальної медичної групи на заняттях з фізичного виховання. Основною метою роботи є: знайомство з основами здорового способу життя, формування позитивної мотивації щодо здорового способу життя, культури здоров’я; формування свого власного стилю здорового способу життя; профілактика шкідливих звичок; формування особистості, здатної до самовдосконалення. Надзвичайно важливим є те, щоб навчання здоровому способу життя мало системний характер і сприяло гармонійному розвитку психофізичних здібностей молоді.
