Питання гуманістичних концепцій розвитку особистості

Abstract

Україна переживає новий етап розвитку, пов’язаний зі зміною менталітету суспільства, ціннісних орієнтації, переусвідомленням гуманістичних ідеалів і цінностей. Один з найважливіших принципів розбудови системи освіти – перехід на позиції гуманістичної педагогіки й психології. Гуманізація освіти як один з провідних напрямків розвитку педагогічної теорії й практики потребує концептуального збагачення. У цьому контексті гуманістині концепції розвитку особистості набувають особливого значення. Особливістю розвитку психолого-педагогічної науки на сучасному етапі є дослідження її різних теоретичних основ, формування загальних характеристик, їх інтерпретація. В цьому напрямку набуває актуальності питання дослідження гуманістичного підходу у вивченні особистості. Необхідно звернути увагу на необхідність врахування впливу зовнішнього середовища в процесі розвитку особистості, котре створюється в умовах суспільних відносин, в які індивід вступає у своїй діяльності. У даній роботі ми звертаємо увагу на необхідність гуманістичної спрямованості освіти, сутність якої полягає у повазі до особистісного «Я». В статті виділено основні гуманістичні концепції розвитку особистості. Ми розглядаємо «Его»-теорію особистості Е. Еріксона, гуманістичну теорію особистості Е. Фромма, гуманістичну теорію особистості А. Маслоу та центровану на людину теорію К. Роджерса в таких концептуальних напрямках як основна концепція теорії, поняття, що характеризують структуру особистості та здійснили їх аналіз в рамках положень про природу особистості, котра розвивається в процесі її соціалізації, виховання, самореалізації й саморозвитку. Гуманістичні концепції розвитку особистості подають широку платформу для досліджень, актуальними стають завдання вивчення і формування особистості з новим мисленням в умовах середовища, котре динамічно розвивається.

Ukraine is experiencing a new stage of development, linked to a change in the mentality of society, values of orientation, a re-awareness of humanistic ideals and values. One of the most important principles of the education system development is the transition to the positions of humanistic pedagogy and psychology. The humanization of education as one of the leading directions in the development of pedagogical theory and practice requires conceptual enrichment. In this context, humanities concepts of personality development are of particular importance. A feature of the development of psychological and pedagogical science at the present stage is the study of its various theoretical foundations, the formation of general characteristics, their interpretation. In this direction, the question of researching the humanistic approach in the study of personality becomes relevant. It is necessary to pay attention to the need to take into account the influence of the external environment in the process of personality development, which is created in the conditions of social relations in which the individual enters his activity. In this paper we draw attention to the need for a humanistic orientation of education, the essence of which is respect for the personal «I». The article highlights the basic humanistic concepts of personality development. We consider the «Ego» theory of E. Erickson’s personality, the humanistic theory of E. Fromm’s personality, the humanistic theory of A. Maslow’s personality, and K. Rogers’s human-centered theory in such conceptual areas as the basic concept of the theory, the concepts that characterize and structure their analysis in the context of the provisions on the nature of the individual, which develops in the process of its socialization, education, self-realization and self-development. Humanistic concepts of personality development provide a broad platform for research, the urgent task of studying and shaping a person with new thinking in a dynamic environment.
