У роботі визначено проблему значущості контролю координаційних здібностей у волейболі. Показано роль координаційних здібностей як однієї з основних складових підготовленості юних волейболістів. Визначено критерії та методи оцінювання рівня координаційної підготовленості. Виявлено основні вимоги до технології тестування координаційних здібностей юних спортсменів на різних етапах багаторічного вдосконалення.
In this work, we have determined the problem of importance of control of coordination abilities in volleyball. There was shown the role of coordination abilities as one of main components of preparedness of young volleyball players and defined the criteria and methods of evaluation of level of coordination preparedness. We have specified the main requirements to testing technique of coordination capacities of young sportsmen on different stages of long-term improvement. In particular, besides the complex tests, it is appropriate to include to the program of testing the tests that help to evaluate different types of coordination abilities as the mechanisms of manifestation of such qualities are ambiguous and not much subject to interference. An important factor in drafting the coordination preparedness assessment program for young volleyball players is inclusion of control exercises that evaluate the most important coordination abilities for particular type of sports. During evaluation of coordination preparedness level of young volleyball players on different stages of long-term improvement, one needs to consider the correlation of tests for general and special coordination abilities, and increase the quantity of the latter in the process of growth of sports qualification of sportsmen. In the course of research we found out the need of elaboration of standard tests for all types of sports and different stages of sports ontogenesis that will enable correct selection and orientation on the initial stages of training. In the process of pedagogic control of coordination abilities of young sportsmen it is appropriate to develop assessment programs for research purposes using special equipment and for use in the process of work of sports schools with possibility of control in the conditions of typical sports ground.
